Hi EW Langford , a recent conversation at till when checking out , I commented on hard rock music. At Christmas , she said “thats our clientele ! My complaint is I consider wine pretty elegant and sophisticated and to have blaring rock music at Christmas, doesn’t make sense!
I was in Liberty wines in Vancouver recently, the music was so beautiful, and the selection amazing ,maybe something to aspire too!

Went into the store with no knowledge about wine. Adrian helped me out and picked out a perfect wine for me while also teaching me a about wine in the process, very good customer service highly recommend

I had the worst retail experience I've had in a long time at Everything Wine last week. I was in the store for 10 minutes, I was the only customer and no one acknowledged me. I was clearly looking for something and no one offered to help. Both employees were standing at their till, one was on his phone up until the second I put my purchases on the counter. Even our interaction then was perfunctory, and I got the sense that he wanted to get the transaction over with as quickly as possible so he could back to his phone. I won't be shopping here again, I'll go back to Cascadia or another specialty liquor store instead.

We visited yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. They went above and beyond to assist us in finding what we were looking for and answered all our questions.

Be nice if a wine store had proper wine boxes when you are buying a case of wine!
Also be nice if anyone there would offer to carry out your large purchase.
Back to BC Goverment liquor stores it is for this consumer.

Was told I could take some boxes first I wanted to look around . Guy said yes sure . Went to the cash paid for my wine then went to get some boxes . Lady came over to me and said what are you doing? I said what? I’m taking some boxes . Guy said I could take some . No you’re not like screaming at me In a snotty voice those
Are only for customers who buy 12 bottles.
She was taking to me me like a was a criminal . I’ve never felt like that before in a store
