Wow where to start.The experience of purchasing a mattress at Fawcett is a breath of fresh air. Without question you will immediately feel transparency regarding their products and pricing. There are no shady sales tactics or pushy salesman who try and prevent you from leaving the store. They understand that for the most part their product sells itself. And with good reason after going through 4 mattresses in 2 years mostly bought at a certain store( SC you know who I mean) I had to do some serious research which turned me onto Talalay latex. After more research it turned out this amazing local mattress maker made them here locally in Victoria so I went to the showroom decided on the Model 9 added an extra 2 inch topper just cause I'm kinda picky and now I have the best bed I've ever owned. The staff and owner are awesome people who really seem to care about getting you the right mattress that will last a long time and also make sure you have something that keeps your spine in alignment while also making sure you get just the right amount of pressure relief.At last my mattress shopping can come to an end thank you Bart, Duane and thank you Fawcett Mattress! See you in another 10 years!

A custom made mattress and topper exactly as ordered. You can even watch the manufacture of your mattress through the glass! Very pleased with the results!

I require an extra firm mattress due to a back injury, however it is uncomfortable for my Wife. We went to Fawcett and explained the situation..the Sales guy was knowledgeable and we landed on a 2" Talalay latex topper. This topper is amazing! It actually improved my sleep and most important, my wife is happy with it too! It doesn't hold heat and will not "sink" due to its rubber like qualities. I was hesitant regarding a topper from Costco, Amazon etc. because of the hassle if I didn't like it. Fawcett has a great return policy and they are local for me, so I bought with confidence. The "local" retailer is not only important for potential returns, but I'm supporting a brand that is manufactured and sold in Victoria which helps support the local economy.

I bought the Natural Vita Talalay latex pillow 3 months ago and I love it!! I bought it at a good price and received it quickly. It is soft, has no odor and always returns to its shape. It's like sleeping on a cloud! I have owned 3 latex pillows before this one and have tried several in store. This is by far the best of all. The pillow is comfortable and plush while still providing good support.

It all started with the duvets...I wanted quality, luxurious duvets. Fed up with cheap ones, I found Fawcett. Then I bought their cotton sheets and the combination of the duvet plus the sheets is like lux hotel comfort but even better because it's in my own home. Next up is the Fawcett pillows and pillow protectors...my bet is upon receiving those I'll likely never leave my bed again.And following reading this review....my 2nd bet is you'll be placing an order too.

We first came across Fawcett Mattress when looking for a local Victoria, BC company who could make a custom mattress for our sailboat. We sent a message making an inquiry and received an almost immediate reply from Fawcett.We were asked to create/complete a template with dimensions and make an appt to visit the Store. We then selected a mattress, mattress topper and a custom mattress protector all made by Fawcett. The exceptional customer service, the quality of the material(s), and the quality of the workmanship is nothing less than outstanding. Communications back and forth were much appreciated. The Delivery Team were in touch on delivery day to confirm their time and arrival and they did an amazing job bringing aboard our new mattress.We will be looking at Fawcett Mattress when we next replace our mattress at home. This company goes above and beyond with their product and customer service. We're very happy with our mattress and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. We bought a model 1 firm mattress. As other people have mentioned, there is no off gassing and the mattress is very comfortable with the perfect amount of cushioning for us. Thanks Fawcett!

Excellent service from purchase through delivery. I love our new mattress. It’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned and it’s a delight to go to bed every night. There was zero off gassing when the mattress was delivered, unlike our last bed that stank of chemicals for days. I love that I was able to support local business by buying a quality product.

We received delivery of our Model 7, tufted, California king-size mattress yesterday. We both agree that last night's sleep was one of the best we've ever had. Many thanks to Bart for his attention to detail and the two young fellows who delivered the new and removed the old mattress.
