If I could give zero stars, I would. Fixauto Millstream is completely unprofessional and dishonest. On October 15th, I sent them photos of my 2024 Hyundai Elantra after an accident, and they confirmed via email they would make it driveable while we waited for the necessary parts. Laura even accepted my tow-in vehicle, and I shared all accident photos with them. After that, they went completely silent—no calls, no emails, no updates, and certainly no mention of any issues accepting my car.
Then, on October 31st, the ICBC estimator called, and suddenly, they denied ever agreeing to take my car! They outright lied to the ICBC estimator, saying they had already informed me that they wouldn’t accept my vehicle. This shop is shady and untrustworthy—save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that respects their clients and keeps their word. Avoid Fixauto Millstream at all costs if you want actual professionalism and honesty.”

I would highly recommend my friends to go to this auto repair shop. Scheduling a repair is quick, the receptionist in the office is very friendly, and when picking up the car, the technician Chris was very professional and patiently explained everything. The entire service experience was very pleasant.

My Tesla was damaged during delivery and I was refererred to Fix Auto Millstream. Laura was exceptional. Friendly, effiecient and kept me updated. Got me a loaner car in minutes and I was on my way while they fixed the damage. I cant say enough about her and how relatively painless the experience was. 5 stars!

These guys were awesome!! They treated my baby (PT CRUISER ) with kid gloves. Not only replaced my windshield but washed her beautifully which was a complete surprise to me!!

I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding service the Fix Auto Team provided. Car shops can be quite busy, but Laura went above and beyond to get my Touareg in quickly, arranged for a rental car pick-up, and I had my vehicle back within a week! (It was spotless... cleaned inside and out). The attention to detail, expertise and efficient communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They made the handling of my insurance seamless and the beautiful job done on my vehicle exceeded my expectations. I have done 2 claims and my roommate had some major repairs done here aswell and was very happy. Both times they have been extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Staff are great and the whole process is painless and easy, 100% recommend.
