Had a tire blow out on my way to work, and I called them to see if they could help out same day. Dropped the vehicle off and less than 3 hours later they had all 4 tires replaced at a very reasonable price, and got an alignment done too. Very helpful and pleasant to talk to during this experience. Thank you for your great work!

Had an appointment booked to have new tires purchased from Fountain Tire installed. Prior to placing this review, I was left with a bit of a sour taste due to having my appt rescheduled and then being cancelled the same day. I called in to discuss my concerns with Gabriel who was able to offer a resolution. I understand that some things are out of their hands but providing great customer service is what gets people to come back. Thanks again!

I had recently ordered 4 new tires and was looking for a local tireshop to do the install. Having previously phoned around to a few tire shops in town for quotes, I found Fountain Tire Douglas Street staff to be courteous over the phone, and their mounting/balancing prices were competitive, so I decided to phone Fountain Tire to see when I could bring them in for install. Lucky for me I was able to get same-day service (February 5) so I went down there, and they proceeded to swap out my old tires for the new ones. There was a bit of an awkward moment where I was about to be charged the price of swapping 5 tires, which could have been a misunderstanding, but regardless, Timothy (service contact) made it right for me as a customer, and in my book, when a business places an emphasis on good customer service they deserve to be recognized for it. We all know there are businesses out there who have poor or non-existent customer service, so as a customer it is important to reward/provide patronage to those businesses who render good customer service. Further, I found the Douglas Street location to be clean, with access to washroom, free coffee, and comfortable seating. Will definitely be back.

Went for a flat repair, ended up having to replace the damaged tire and also buy a 2nd to match the other side. Everything was great until I got my car back and noticed both rims that they removed and replaced the tires on now had 4 white gouge/scuff marks on the spokes and the edge of the rim that were not present when I dropped the car off. Not happy.

I came in with my daughter to get her car looked at and the manager was quite condescending. We ended up leaving without getting any work done, and went to Canadian Tire instead.

I have dealt with this company for about ten years. They swap my winter to summer tires ,store the very inconvenient spare wheels and bill a reasonable amount. I am forced to do this as 1) I love the control the correct tires afford and 2) My golf r has No Fixed Jack points, no spare tire and no jack. Rather awkward for the do it yourself crowd.Service is quick and professional , price is higher than I like , no surprise ,and they look at the tires to assess their age and condition.So , local , professional and affordable
