Extended warranty SCAM bought a Nissan leaf 9 months ago, small repair comes up that should be taken care of, quoted 1000 for labour plus deductible. absolute sham. will never consider going back.

I love Galaxy Colwood! I have been with them since 2017 and I have only had great experience after great experience. Most recently my transmission needed replacing, and Rachel in the parts and services department was my saving grace. She did all the leg work with my warranty company, getting me almost full coverage on a transmission replacement! She was so easy to work with, and so helpful and knowledgeable with any and all questions I had throughout the entire process. Because of her, I look forward to my next oil change, and any other issue that may (hopefully not) arise with my vehicle. I know I will be taken care of, and if I need a new vehicle in the future, the sales team has always had my back. Thank you Galaxy Colwood, and a special shout out to Rachel for always having my back and working with me, giving the best services I could ask for! I will always come back to you guys.

We had an excellent " shopping " experience at Galaxy Motors in Colwood. Mike ,our salesman, was organized and thorough in his discussions about the vehicle that we purchased.
Additionally the sales manager, finance manager and insurance agent with Maxxim made the completion of the purchase seamless.
