The collections are pretty nice but the staff especially in the cash counters can be bit polite. This is the second time I have been treated with an 'I don't care' attitude. I'm working in retail though for few years so plz be mindful that Customers are not slaves to be treated like that. Please try to convert 'OFCOURSE' dialogue to a good greeting, can make a significant change in customer experience.

This review is solely for a transaction of $247.58 which the GAP took twice totalling $495.16. The store Mgr told me the only way they would return the funds is if I brought the purchase back for a refund. With the GAP still retaining $247.58. RBC is doing an investigation which is now escalated for the return of the money the GAP wrongfully took from my account.

If I could I would give negative reviews. My wife bought some jeans a couple of days ago paid via bank card and the till “went down “ just before we got the receipt. The cashier didn’t know what happened, another cashier came over and both said they never saw this before. The cashier said the transaction was reversed and asked to put the pin in again. Then they charged us again for the same jeans. We questioned them and they ensured we only got charged once. We looked at the back latter abs of course it went thru the back twice. Called and finally after a couple of days were able to talk to a manager. They said they could see it went thru twice but they couldn’t do anything about it, saying we had to call our bank. Now we are waiting up to 15 days to get our money back. Not happy!! We will not be shopping here as they clearly don’t train their staff enough!!

Decent store. Hard time finding things that fit. Many items were out of stock in several sizes. Probably because rhey were 40% ofc items. Would not want to pay full price though. Fittimg rooms were very busy and the customers in the store were not veey friendly, but the sraff were. Got most of what we needed and got out.

I like the style of clothes from Gap. In different visits I got jeans, a jeans jacket, trousers here. We got a jeans jacket, a fall jacket and sandals for my kid too.
The store is clean, the staff is friendly and not annoying at all.
The only drawback is the prices. The best variant is to wait for a sale IMO.

There's some nice clothing in here for sure but it's highly overpriced considering it's made in the same factory as Old Navy. You're paying the premium for the name so it's best to buy anything in the store when it's on sale or if you have money to burn, you do you ?

The manager was so helpful. I was looking for a particular item for a Christmas gift. Her store had sold out. She took the time to call two other stores...was on hold for forever but hung in there. I was so impressed! Also, anytime the lineup was backed up, she called on cashiers. She is amazing and clearly in the right job. I did not get her name, but she was the day manager on November 13th.
