Sitting at dealership now with a Frunk alarm issue on my lightening that basically makes it undriveable without earplugs… although they are booking a month out they are willing to take the truck incase of cancellation and give me a rental in lieu. Weird issues are outside of their control.. but how they handle them and provide service is what’s important. Thank you Glen Oak.

Brought in a 2015 Mustang for routine servicing as it has always been serviced at Ford. Upon pickup I was told that a "catastrophic oil leak discovered", as the underside of the vehicle was covered in motor oil. After $500 in fees the source of the leak was undetermined. I was told to bring back the vehicle after 2000km and that no appointment was needed. I hit the km mark and called ahead to notify staff that I was on my way. Ford adviser informed me that a appointment was needed and the wait time would be about a month... They ended up squeezing me in the following day (After I informed the new advisor that I was mislead).After checking the vehicle a second time. They ended informing me there was no leak. When I asked if there was a possibility that the previous Ford mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter properly I was told "yes that's possible"...After a loss of $500 for a non-issue... Lesson learned. Not going to bring my vehicle to Ford again.

The Glen Oak Ford dealership is right around the corner from where I live. This location combined with the excellent salesperson Chris Brooks makes it an ideal place to have my F-150 maintained or to buy my next new vehicle.

These guys went above and behound to get me out of something that was clearly broken and couldn’t afford to fix. They did all the foot work for me. Made things happen. I am able to feel confident knowing that I am in something reliable and will start.I’ll forever greatful to Scott Matt Ben and bill(service department) for all thier hard work and taking a chance and being honest with me. I know I’ll never be able to thank them enough. I know the day I bought my bronco I cried all night and day. I’m still crying to this day knowing that there is still good heart warming people out there.Thank you guys at glen oak colwood for going the distance for me.I’ll 100% recommend going to Glen oak and getting everything you need and done right!

I should have listened to my friends and family regarding the bad reputation of this dealership. The service department is horrendous.One would think that after spending a lot of money on a brand new 2022 F150 Raptor, not to mention my entire families history of purchasing many brand new trucks from Ford, and having a vehicle that required 5 warranty repairs in one year of ownership, that perhaps the service department would treat a customer well, instead when it came to a certain creaking noise from inside the truck that it makes over bumps every winter in cold weather, the service department refused to check further into the issue that they ALREADY KNEW existed, based on a totally unrelated modification to the exterior of the vehicle that was done after the noise started the winter prior, essentially using it as an excuse, and refusing to use common sense unless the truck has returned to completely to stock!Needless to say I told the sales department to not bother quoting me on a brand new 2023 Ford raptor R they in process of quoting me on, since I’d have to deal with the same unreasonable service department with an even more expensive vehicle.My entire family had already been in the process of taking our business to Island Ford in Duncan and I will be now too since it’s a different owner than the monopoly the owners of Ford dealerships have in Victoria which seems to be why they don’t seem to care how they treat their customers in the service department.

I had a bad experience with them, I personally noticed a crack in the sunroof that they didn't tell me about, Maybe it's too expensive to replace it for dealership !! . AndThey price your car very unfairly

I went to Glenoak Ford to look at a new Sport Bronco (Badlands trim) and Robert Zachariou had the one I wanted to see ready for me. Better than that, he had a more upgraded version also ready for me. This is not a simple vehicle: there are *so* many features and Robert knew them inside and out. He was pleasant, friendly, and we worked out a deal that I was happy with. Robert even made sure to set up my Ford Pass app, explaining all of its awesome features, too.The team gave me a completely fair offer on my trade-in, and their financing terms are probably impossible to beat in today's market. (I'm not sure there are many places where you can get 2.99% on 72mo or 3.49 on 84mo). Ben Hillier was my finance guy, and he was also fantastic. Highly recommend this team for your next vehicle.

We had to bring our Mustang in for a recall and the service department discovered that rodents had got into the engine. The staff kept us well informed along the way and the communication was excellent. Very happy with the service.

Review from our experience of their old dealership office at Douglas St. My family and I will never forget how badly this particular dealership (sales guy Amir) tried to sell us a used car at exorbitant prices and tried to take advantage of our lack of information and awareness as new immigrants to Canada. Thankfully we had the presence of mind to review the prices and numbers with colleagues and friends who saved me from the disastrous deal offered by these guys. Beware, and be sure to verify and validate prices, finance rates they offer to you with other dealers/your bank before signing up.

Rude and disrespectful to me. Possibly because I am young. But I am a military member who was looking for a new car for me and my GF. I asked for a possible test drive and the dealer said that would be “ a waste of his time” and didn’t even let us turn on the car to use the screen. I had never felt so disrespected at a dealership.

Customer experience when buying a car was the poorest I've experienced in a long time while shopping at several different dealerships in Victoria. They simply do not care about you and I would believe their service is even worse. Buyer beware!
