“A short walk from the city centre of Victoria and the harbour, Abigail's was a true home away from home. It felt like visiting a posh Aunt who never had children. The entire building was stylishly decorated. In some ways like going back in time and yet also modern and very clean. There were countless thoughtful, small touches, with everything you could need habing been thoughtfully anticipated. We particularly appreciated the freshly baked cookies, the 24hr tea and coffee station, the complimentary afternoon canapes, and the umbrellas by the exit to each of the buildings. Our room was stylish, with a jacuzzi bath, ample towels and a bed big enough for 3.
Pillows big fresh clean and soft. Bedding which was rich and soft allowed feet to glide. Breakfast was a personal highlight.”

“Wonderful location on the harbour. The gardens on the property are beautiful ans well maintained. Even though it was late September, there was still enough greenery. Sunsets are worth watching and strolling around hotel is relaxing. The garden room has a large patio to just take in the surroundings. Food and service is excellent. Staff are are ready with a greeting and help if needed. A restful and peaceful place to stay.”

“Large room with Very comfortable beds. It is an old building so some may think it's worn. There is no shower, only a bathtub. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We like to walk so would walk to the port. There are bus stops right down the street that come every 5 to 10 minutes.”

“The hotel is conveniently situated. It's in walking distance of fisherman's wharf but also in driving distance to shopping malls as well. They offer breakfast in their restaurant but also have an express breakfast option which allows you to fill out a form and leave outside your door before 12am. They will deliver it the next morning and you can eat in your room. The suites are well equipped with a nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and mini refrigerator. The only unfortunate thing we found was the door to the bedroom was opaque glass. With 1 bedroom in the living room and the other in the bedroom it would have been nice to have a solid door to block the light.”

“A cute place fairly centrally located between the parts of Victoria we most wanted to visit! The staff were so kind and the kitchenette with the room was bigger than we expected! The beds weren't the most comfortable but given how easy our stay was, it's a minor gripe. Being on Government St, it was quick to walk over to all the cute places we wanted to see or grab a nearby bus if we wanted. Being so close to Beacon Hill Park was also a nice plus :)”

“Had a great experience here. The office closes but you can check in electronically and receive a code to your room. The rooms are fully furnished with cutlery, plates, washer, dryer, dishwasher. The area and the building felt extremely safe and there was always free parking available on site. The staff were also extremely friendly and professional. The price for what you get is very good and you even have a nice balcony in some of the rooms with a nice view of the sunset. The Internet was high speed and worked well, we had one small issue but the staff fixed it promptly and we didn’t have an issue after that.”

“Fur-babies approved! I would like to start with something positive. The staff are AMAZING! They're nice, friendly and accommodating. They're responsive and do make the effort to make your stay pleasant. The location is ideal for us because we wanted to be far enough to be nice and quiet but close enough to be within short driving distance to most places we wanted to visit. The room wasn't bad but could be improved. We like travelling with our dogs but finding appropriate accommodations is always a challenge. Accent Inns made it happen for us. Please open more branches.”

“We loved everything about our room, AC worked great, large very clean room and the staff is super friendly, only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the the door was very hard to open from the inside and after our week stay I ended up with a tiny bruise lol, we will definitely return!!”

“Old style building with tons of old characters. Yes it needs an update but for the price and central location it has everything one would need. Came down for an event at save on foods arena. Its like right across the street. Can't go wrong. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Those people complaining about outdated rooms. Ya pay what you get and this is perfect for staying the night and being outside all day enjoying the sites of Victoria. Will stay again.”
