About ICBC Claim Centre

The ICBC Claim Centre provides excellent and friendly customer service. Staff are professional, respectful, and take the time to listen and solve problems. The receptionist is helpful in assisting customers and connecting them with the correct people for information. The office is very close to the BC Transit head office. It is described as the nicest, friendly place to do business.
