CalaLily ring ordered and sized in time for Xmas 2022. And fixed when a leaf was missing and again when the flower stamen stuck up and hooked my sweater. And I still love it. Love the customer service.

Dropped by asking to quickly find out my ring size. They asked if I was buying a ring from them and I explained I already had one I ordered online that was too small and just needed to know my size. I got some explanation that ring sizes are not standard and I should go to the place that originally gave me my size (even though I got my ring online and not through this store). They also said something about not being able to size me because they do custom jewelry, but I would think they still have a ring sizing kit. I didn't really buy the explanation fully to be honest and when I went to other stores they were all happy to size me despite me not getting anything there. Size ended up being the same each time. The vibe I got was very much if I'm not getting a ring then they didn't want to help.

The attached pic does not do the ring Idar created justice. Excellent quality and end result. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I wanted and there was no pressure. The storefront is adorable, clean and jewelry is displayed nicely. I will back!

My now husband got my engagement ring made at Idar. It was a bit big so we took it back to be fitted correctly. Lance helped us out and he was so friendly, informative and warm! This business really cares about its customers and they do an exceptional job of ensuring you are looked after!

My husband bought a ring for me for my birthday and I absolutely love it! We did it all from a distance (Toronto!) and the process went well. If you’re doing it distanced, I would recommend that you ask lots of questions to clarify what the end product will look like, and look at multiple photos to make sure you’re getting what you want. The staff at Idar was very good at working with us to get the customization that we wanted.
