Typical Indigo. Huge selection of non-book items. Lots of seating. Computers are frequently broken. Most book sections are cramped and out of the way. Reliable place to buy a gift.

I love this Indigo bookstore in Vic! 📚 One of my favorite things is that they carry Studio Ghibli merchandise — it always makes me smile. It's such a cozy place to explore, with a lovely selection of books, boardgames and unique items. A little gem for Ghibli fans like me!♥️

A big selection of books, and the workers are nice. New books have gotten so expensive but they always have a decent amount on clearance or sale. Indigo/Chapters feels more like a large display room than a bookstore now. It lost all its character to look sleek and modern. There is always a lot of home decor and useless stuff they have on display. I think the people who run the company do not read books, they are just trying to sell a lifestyle.
