Deplorable service and very expensive. I like supporting local business but for the price of two cartridges at this place I was able to buy 16 cartridges on Amazon. And the guy behind the counter is patronizing and has an attitude. I'm never going back there. When I asked to speak with a manager he told me he was it. When I asked to speak with the owner he said he was away and didn't know when he would be back.

We needed our ink pad replaced and reset on our Epson printer. When we called Epson, they wanted us to travel all the way to Vancouver for repairs, which would have seriously impacted our business operations. Thankfully, Ink and Toner Medic came to the rescue!
They fixed our printer in about 20 minutes and even gave it a thorough cleaning to improve its performance. Their quick, professional service saved our business from significant downtime. We can’t recommend these guys enough!

These people give excellent service for very reasonable prices. They diagnose and fix printer problems for a set low price and recommended and sold me a good new printer when the old one couldn't be fixed economically. Smart, local, informal, honest — I'm very glad to have discovered them and will always go back for help and ink.

Had an older Epson printer call Ink&Toner Medic. They provided clear solutions and recommendations, new ink cartridges and later over the phone direction. Printer now operating as new at a fraction of the cost. Honest, extremely helpful and straight up. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service.

I am not sure who the owner is, but he needs to give the staff their due recognition and a raise! The gentleman that usually works here has been nothing but excellent. He is always enthusiastic to help me with all my printer needs. Great advice, diligent, and always honest!.
