The gentleman that helped me with my vaccines at this pharmacy was delightful! Warm, funny and welcoming. Treated everyone in store with kindness. Wide selection of products at reasonable prices, well stocked. Rest of staff were also excellent. 10/5.

I love this pharmacy!! Went there for my vaccines and noticed while waiting that the pharmacist knew his clients names from memory and I saw him advocating hard for his clients medication coverage. I was having a hard time getting an expensive medication covered at Shoppers as they needed to complete an extra step (per Manulife) that Shoppers would not complete. I transferred my meds to JC pharmacy - he called Manulife directly and had my medications covered and available within the business day! My experience at JC Pharmacy is that the staff genuinely care and want to provide excellent care.

Always a great speedy experience with the staff at JC. Chandra and his team run a tight ship, never seem rushed and always friendly to all that visit. It feels great to support a small local family run pharmacy that’s is very central to most locations.

We just went for our vaccinations at JC Pharmacy on Douglas. We had no prior knowledge of this pharmacy prior to making a booking on Gov immunization website. What a gem of a place - from being greeted with the biggest smile making you feel so welcome, to the pharmacist who gave the Covid/Flu shots, to everything else. Congrats to the JC Pharmacy team :-)

I love this place, been going for years. Very professional and courteous. The owners are simply delightful people with genuine care for their clients. They know my name, and greet me as such with warmth and familiarity. We have a rapport and I feel welcome at all times.

Very rude… the girl who attend has no patience at all. I was asking about the medication and she rolled her eyes every time she had to answer me. If you don’t know how to treat customers the just stay in the back stocking or something else.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. Anyone that hasn’t tried an independent pharmacy, you don’t know what you’re missing. I love this pharmacy, the delightful owners Chandra and Jaya and all their wonderful staff provide extraordinary service. They always go above and beyond and have helped me out so many times when we’ve been in a pinch. Stop going to the chain pharmacies and find out what real customer service looks like!!!!

The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate the delivery service and laidback attitude. The parking lot can be tricky to get in and out of, but it is worth the effort.

I met these wonderful pharmacists when they were at the Target pharmacy at Tillicum, and followed them when they opened their own pharmacy. They are the most knowledgable, caring, above-and-beyond pharmacists I've ever met: 10 out of 10 recommend . They're also quick to fill prescriptions, and there's free parking right in front of the pharmacy.
