Very unhappy with the service received. We took our car in, had it check and repaired. Within 48 hours, we are now having more issues after being told everything was in the clear. When we called, we were told there was nothing they would do. Will not be returning to Jenner for service after this.

Connie was an excellent salesperson who went the extra mile to assist me in choosing an electric vehicle. She even helped in applying for the "green" rebates because I did not have a cell phone.

Twice I went to Jenner in Colwood for the same issue. Nov 2023 paid $223 for a new battery port but it didn't fix the issue. Went back in Jan 2024 for the same problem and they kept my car overnight and still not fixed. They said the part I needed was discontinued and couldn't be ordered. I paid $618 for service and my car still isn't fixed. It's a 2007 Chevy Aveo with under 75000 kms. Not impressed with the level of service or the extending waiting around for my car. Won't recommend this dealer to anyone nor will I ever set foot in a Chevy dealer again. Worst customer service and lacidazical attitude.

Got an email from Ted Jenner telling me to "research my facts" when I made an inquiry about larger occupancy vehicles for my NPO. We had full cash in hand. Rather short-sighted approach to customer service.

Bought Chevy Colorado Bison from dealership in Vancouver and noticed right away alignment was off. The steering wheel was off to the left. At first service in Vancouver I told them, they said it should work itself out. Shortly after I moved to Victoria and had a leak at 5000k on the passenger side, took it to Jenner and brought up the alignment issue. Steve said that they don’t do anything until you hit 12000k.At 16000k took it back to Jenner because centre console charger wasn’t working and again asked about alignment. This time I was asked if tires and rims were original which they were and generally met with skepticism. Service department said they looked at it but as soon as I drove away I could tell nothing was done. The part for centre console wasn’t in so I had to return anyways. Asked about alignment again and was told they would look at it. On the day they did repair for centre console, service called in the afternoon to say they needed to keep the truck overnight so they could solve the alignment issue. When I picked my truck up the next day absolutely nothing was done about the alignment. All they do is kick the can the road instead of honouring Chevys warranty.Every time I have phoned service and someone is supposed to get back to me know one has on at least a half dozen occasions. The lady answering the phone has put me on hold for a half hour and when I eventually hung up and phoned back she was quite rude. All I said was I had been on hold for a half hour and asked if she had forgotten about me. A simple I’m sorry as opposed to a diatribe on how they’re short staffed and I should be more patient would have been more appropriate.I’ve dealt with Toyota, Ford, Dodge, and Kia’s service departments and this has by far been the worst experience I’ve had.Good job Jenner. If your goal was to frustrate me and get it done myself , mission accomplished.

Don’t deal with this dealership. Their service is horrible. I was told I would be able to have a shuttle to our address upon drop off, then we were told they don’t drive this far. Only 12 minutes out of Langford. Elizabeth was horribly rude. Do not deal with this dealership take your money elsewhere.

I dropped off my truck for service and for a re-flash of the infotainment system (common fault in GM trucks). I have a service card that I bought when I bought the truck. I was told the truck would be ready at noon, which was good because I had an appointment at 1:30. Finally have to call to find out what's happening, told at 1:00 the truck would be ready in 10 minutes. I show up at 1:15, giving time to do the paperwork. No truck. At 1:30 I'm told it's ready, I walk in to get the paperwork (since it was either warranty work, or covered by the card. I was told the infotainment system would take another hour, I declined to miss an appointment in order to fix the radio. Then I was handed a bill for $859. I explained that I had a service card. The service writer looks at me like I had grown a second head. I actually owed them $20 for some DEF. He couldn't take my payment, because the invoice was incorrect and he'd have to re-bill the whole thing. I grabbed the truck and was very late to my appointment. This time around I'm told my fuel filters aren't covered by the card, and I'll have to pay for them, I'm going to dig up the service card wording and go over it, I'm sure the fuel filter replacement is covered, since I read the agreement when I purchased the card. I really can't recommend this type of 'customer service' and frankly I won't buy another GM product because of it. I'll be replacing this truck early next year, and it'll likely be an F150 in the driveway, the Ford dealer in Duncan seems to have enough staff, and they appear to care.

We had a horrible experience at this dealership. We fell in love with a vehicle, only to be told we were unable to get financing. We felt defeated and totally embarrassed. We ended up going to galaxy motors, got financing through the same bank Jenner told us we couldn’t get financing through, with a PRIME interest rate. We were also offered thousands of dollars more for our trade in. If you’re wanting competent people who know what they’re doing, I would suggest avoiding this place!

Always good at not fully fixing vehicles. This is the 2nd time having major work done on my vehicle and Jenner hasn't met their standards of service. I feel like they don't fully take care of their clients and leave them always having to return many times. Time to look for a better, and more competent place to have my vehicle serviced.

Rip off artists! Do not take your vehicle there for repairs. 200 dollar diagnosis for a quote of over 9,000.00 repairs for $1,000.00 dollar repair job.

The mechanics working at Jenner single handedly ruined my 2017 sierra. I constantly told them that it "shifts hard" and had a loud clunk on downshifts. they told me "trucks shift hard. a hard shift is a good shift".... well, $7,000 later and a complete rebuild of the transmission has me never recommending their service to anyone.they've also installed the wrong spark plugs, and (under warranty thankfully) didn't tighten my head gasket enough while fixing the engine lifters, which resulted in 3 of my cylinders to be replaced.The incompeteny is mind-boggling.
