They have engravings on them that I wanted to make sure were kept the same. Not only did he keep the engravings intact, he also cleaned them and fixed the claws around the diamond all for a great price! I couldn’t be happier, thank you Stephen!”

“What a wonderful store - not just junky beads that you are left to figure out by yourself (I went to 2 of those) but staffed by thoughtful people who offered to help. The beads and stones were real - they knew what each kind was. I wanted something specific and they really dug into their stock not only to find what I wanted but to offer advice on the assembly (which they did for me - I had a 2 hour timeline). I'll visit again next time I'm there. Genuinely nice knowledgeable people.”

My nails are very long so I need larger clasps on my necklaces and I often have to have my earrings shortened because they can be very heavy sometimes!

“They went Above and Beyond:
Back in February, I went to Micheal Hill in Hillside Mall and purchased a ring for myself that seemed a bit large at the time, but was told that it was because of the time of day, so I left with it.
A month later, I went back to the store and said this ring just keeps falling off my finger and again was told that with summer coming my finger would swell up a bit and the ring would be tighter, but I didn’t want to wait until the summer for it to fit, so I spoke with the sales consultant, Anniza and with the help of the assistant manager, Kira, they helped me out and went above and beyond in seeing to my needs of wanting a ring and one that would fit me better now.
The ring was unavailable in my size and would take four weeks to Special order But seeing as I didn’t want to wait that time, they offered me a more expenses ring for the same price so I could go home with a ring today.
They didn’t have to do that because it was a lot more money for this new ring so that’s why I’m giving them 5 STARS for their extra effort and I definitely recommend Michael Hill to anyone wanting to buy jewelry and if you want great service make sure you go and see Anniiza and Kira!
