Kyle and his team at KAO Auto delivered hands down the most professional experience I’ve ever had with my vehicle. His communication, workmanship, and attention to detail are exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, followed through on every commitment, and treated my vehicle with real respect and care. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and professionalism in the auto world. I couldn’t recommend Kyle and KAO Auto more highly.

From repairs to purchasing a vehicle, Kyle listens to his customers and goes above and beyond to get the job done or find you exactly what you want in a new to you vehicle. I've been going there for years and have never experienced better customer service.

My entire experience with Kyle and team at Kao Auto has been utterly superb. Friendly, accommodating, and reliable are three words that sum up the team. Kyle is straightforward and kind, without any BS, and never tries to upsell things you don’t need.

Kyle and his team are absolutely amazing! He always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I step into the shop and I know my car is in good hands. He takes the time to ensure he has checked everything thoroughly and is always willing to take time out of his busy day to answer any questions I may have. When I come in to pick up my vehicle it is never overpriced or stacked with hidden fees. He always tells me things that may be coming up in the future so I have time to save and I'm not caught off guard with a huge bill all of a sudden. They have a life long customer with me and I urge you to give them a try.

Kyle went above and beyond to help turn my dream into reality.
He was very patient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process as I would need to get the vehicle shipped over to Ontario. I am so happy that I was able stumble upon KaoAuto and I just know that everyone else who decides to go with them will agree! Kyle you are the best!

I never write reviews, but this shop is fantastic! I had a problem with my prius which most other shops told me they couldn't fix and the dealership told me would be over four grand. KAO got me in right away and fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost. I appreciated their integrity and professionalism so much.

Fantastic car purchase experience! My partner and I recently bought our first car (2016 Prius C) from Kao Auto, and we were so impressed by Kyle's honest, detailed, and kind-hearted approach to the whole process. Also, it was reassuring to work with a dealer/mechanic who specializes in hybrids as this is specifically what we were looking for. It has been a joy doing business with Kao Auto so far, and we will definitely be returning clients for maintenance and repairs moving forward. We have already started recommending Kao Auto to family and friends :)
