As a contractor I have to buy or replace tools all the time and the wide selection on hand at KMS makes my life so much easier! Oh and all the staff are fantastic.

Store has an excellent selection of stock and a good layout.While the checkout staff have always been friendly, some of the staff on the floor are among the rudest I've come across. I tried to return a drill I bought within the 30 days and with original receipt. I was grilled as to why I was returning it and told my reasons were wrong. I brought my own bit to demonstrate the problem and the sales person took it out and threw across the cart to me. The return was eventually processed but it left such a bad taste in my mouth. The staff on the floor I've interacted with don't seem to want to talk to customers and are very short. KMS used to be my first choice for tools but now I will only go there if they are the only option for my needs.

I really enjoy my time at KMS Tools, the manager Jeff is amazing...a constant professional, a wealth of knowledge and he has put together an awesome service model. The Milwaukee event last summer was a lot of fun and exciting. Thank you to the management team & staff. Brilliant!

The good:Great selection of top quality tools.Competitive pricing. Front counter staff and manager are friendly and professional.The not so good:Not the best store layout and organization. Floor staff and customer service are hit or miss. I went there to get a bottle of argon filled. They said come back in an hour. An hour later, bottle hadn't even been touched. The manager Jeff apologized and went to the back to fill my bottle which took another 45 minutes. At least Jeff made it right. Will continue to shop at this KMS location.

I visited this shop for the first time and asked for assistance with my shopping list. Jeff was exceptionally kind and helpful. He suggested some changes to my list, offered discounts, and efficiently gathered my order. I'm grateful for the assistance; it made my experience very smooth.

Victoria, BC store : Please, don't sell clothing if you're not willing to exchange it... Or at least notify people of your ridiculous policy at purchase instead of hoping that they see your printed sign... I bought a $37 Milwaukee shirt which was MASSIVE on me and when I tried to exchange it was told I couldn't because it may havetouched skin?? What?? DO NOT SELL CLOTHING IF IT CANNOT BE RETURNED! Get a changing room if that's your policy!... Now I have the most expensive paint rag in the world and I'll never shop at KMS again....and these places wonder why Amazon is taking over?? Absolutely stonewalled by the girl at the register... almost just shrugged me out of the store... worst customer service (disservice) ever

Given attitude for trying to return expensive Milwaukee tools at over a month in like new condition.Pay a premium for an extra year of warranty and that's the return policy on Milwaukee.

Customer service was atrocious: the salesperson did eventually find the honing compound locked away in the woodcarving tool cabinet which I wanted but when I asked about carving gloves she didn't know if they carried them and said to try the area at the front of the store where all the gloves were. I still did not find the carving gloves so asked a cashier at the checkout desk (there were 2 other cashiers behind the desk) and the salesperson whom I originally asked was talking to the cashiers about the silent auction they were taking part in (store sponsored maybe?). The cashier I asked didn't know and asked if I had talked to a salesperson. I purchased my honing compound and found out lots of info about the silent auction: one girl was willing to go up to $150 and only wanted one specific colour of something-or-other! Customer service is definitely not number 1!

I really want to like this store and go shopping there because they are close buy. Unfortunately the Victoria location is really lacking in customer service. I always feel like I am interrupting employees when asking for product specific questions and have several times walked out because I couldn't get help. Recently I got a Sawstop tablesaw and it took 45 minutes to pay and get it into a car. The staff at the front was arguing with the staff on the floor in front of me. It was absolutely ridiculous. They had e waiting for 30 minutes just to print and sign the paper to confirm that I pick the item up. I was literally going to just walk away.

One of the best customer service I’ve ever received came from an employee named Will here at KMS.Not only did he go out of his way to teach me about all the different attachments and their purposes but took the time to teach me about the air tool I was purchasing, how to use it/install attachments but also spoke on the background of the brand and how it compares to others.And while I continued to shop he came back to show me more cool things I can do with this new pneumatic tool and helped me out with further questions I had.10/10 service and super friendly the whole time! Never pushed a sale but explained the benefits and sold me no problem!As a regular customer here im glad such friendly staff will be present when I’m back for more tools.

Jeff, the manager, is stellar. Courteous, professional and responsible for his staff. As a client for over 20 years, I am very satisfied shopping here, because the selection is great, pricing is good and any hiccup will be resolved professionally.
