I was very impressed with customer service from Kourtney. Approaching me when I came in looking for jeans, I told her my struggle with finding a good fit, what I liked, disliked, etc. Kourtney was knowledgeable with Levis products, friendly and enthusiastic and very attentive — grabbing me sizes and styles to try on. I purchased wedgie bootcut, very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much Kourtney!! :)

First time in 20 years I decided to get some Levi’s. Lost a lot of weight so wanted to treat myself. The sales associate Brittany helped me and was amazing. Super kind, honest on how the jeans looked/fit, and super helpful. Found me the perfect jeans. The manager on was awesome as well. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to others. Thanks!

Hailey and Kourtney were insanely fab. If you want good customer service I highly rec ones this store. My first time ever going in as I needed new jeans and the staff were incredibly helpful. Such a breath of fresh air when trying to find Jeans. So genuine too and friendly I can’t say enough good

I had the best experience today with Juanita. From the moment I walked in- I told her I found it difficult to find jeans that fit me right and I like. She went above and beyond to find me the right wash and fit. I really appreciated her time. Thank you Juanita!!

Really impressive customer service and selection. You can tell whoever runs this store is very selective about who they hire. No retail zombies here. Every person there was very helpful and responsive. They helped me find lots of new clothes and pants. I only shop for clothes once a year or so I needed a bit of help finding things. Not too expensive either.

Had a great experience in this store with a staff by the name of “jeany” (I don’t think it’s spelt correct) at this Mayfair location. She was very nice and honestly the best customer service I have ever received!

This store just opened up at Mayfair mall. I got there 10 minutes before they closed. Hylayna greeted me with the most welcoming smile and helped me pick the right color/size jeans in 5 minutes!! Great to see Levi's in town with great customer service.Hylayna if you see this, you are a queen my G!!
