The staff at this LD are beyond 5 stars. I had an emergency prescription to fill as I was too ill to make it to my regular pharmacy. It was filled within 20 minutes and they were even so sweet and kind when I was extremely sick and vomited in the back of the store. They made sure to give me privacy and care and make sure I was okay and filled my prescription so quickly. It was a really embarrassing experience but everyone was amazing about it and they deserve the world.

The manager, Chris, and employees of the cosmetic department were very friendly and supportive in donating a large collection of items for women in need. In initially seeking out the manager, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be using this London Drugs for future purchases.

turn around was fast from the photo lab, but the quality is not acceptable. I had two 8x10 high quality convocation portraits that I had them scan and print copies of. The colour/tone of the photos came out completely different and look terrible. I wish I had checked before I left the store. at $8 a print I couldve done a better job myself.(see photo; original on the left)

Used the apple repair services here with the computer department. My order was turned around within less than 2 working days and the staff were thorough and helpful when explaining the repair, the cost and the assessment of my machine. Everything was returned properly and in good condition, I would happily use these guys again to repair my mac! (Fingers crossed I won't need to )

This is for the pharmacy: I have never had a negative experience nor have I left the store... until recently. Ulitimately the pharmacy staff is friendly, kind and courteous, however my last two visits were the worst experience I have ever had. I had run out of my prescriptions and had called my doctor to have the prescription sent in Friday, 1 Dec. It had been my experience that when a prescription is sent in it is filled. That's the presumption I was working with because it was my experience! I went in Sunday, 3 Dec... two days after the pharmacy recieved my prescription request. I went to the counter and the female pharmacist said there was nothing to pick up and that if I wanted my prescription I had to tell them. I almost felt silly, but again, based on past experience I was naturally confused. I felt very put on the spot. Her tone was short and curt and had no bedside manner at all. The day I went in to (finally) pick up my prescription (5 Dec) I could tell she remembered me from her expression upon seeing me. I felt like I was being treated like someone who had a bad experience with her. To make matters even worse, she also confirmed my identity with a frist name I no longer use. Twice! Since I didn't want to make a scene, I didn't make a big deal of it. Ultimately, this is a drugstore I rely on and I hope this helps in some way to make experiences better in the future.

I used to go here because the staff were so friendly (especially Brandon) and it's right across the street from my clinic, but had to switch due to how inefficient the pharmacy was at receiving and processing my perscriptions. What takes other pharmacies less than an hour takes this one almost a week, which has left me running out of my medication for multiple days at a time. I really don't blame the customer service staff because they are cordial and take the brunt of customer issues, but if their system or management doesn't get fixed I worry it might jeopardize other people's health.

I did an online order to this store and was happy with the experience. I was in and out within a few minutes, plus the online order pickup parking spots by the door were convenient. The two staff members I interacted with were friendly. I like how they packaged up the items and receipt in a paper bag with a staple holding it closed at the top. Be prepared to show a piece of ID for online order pickup.

Just transferred all prescriptions from here after several frustrating interactions with pharmacy. I understand staff shortages and supply issues but the last three times we waited in line with many other people not one person was able to actually get their prescriptions once they reached the counter. Every single person was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour or in twenty minutes BUT when we came back later it still was not ready !!!! Perhaps if more people transfer their meds elsewhere this pharmacy will catch up and be able to serve their customers as they used to. I feel bad the the people at the counter as they get everyone’s wrath. No doubt this doesn’t help to keep staff

The people that work here don’t understand emergency supply. They defend themselves even though they are wrong and breaking the law.
