Doctor ordered a prescription and instead of filling it the pharmacy put it on file. It was their mistake and a huge time waster for me with a small child running from home to make it in time to pick up the prescription only to find out all the hassle was useless because they didn't properly file it so it would be ready to go. The prescription was ordered 1 week ago, no reason to be out on file. Pharmacists not willing to correct error in a timely manner.

This location is not reasonable to shop at since the paid parking came into effect. I'll do my shopping at one of the many other plazas that don't extort their customers.

My recent shopping experience at London Drugs left much to be desired. From start to finish, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. Firstly, the store seemed disorganized, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The staff appeared disinterested and unavailable when I needed assistance. Moreover, the checkout process was frustratingly slow. The cashier seemed unfamiliar with the products and had trouble scanning items, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired, with shelves looking cluttered and unkempt.I left the store feeling quite frustrated and underwhelmed by the whole experience. It's unfortunate that a once-trusted shopping destination has fallen short in terms of organization, customer service, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment.

Have stopped going here since they brought in the parking registration system. Like someone else said, this isn’t downtown Vancouver. It’s just one more hassle in a hassle filled world that I don’t need. Have taken my business to Walmart now where there is tons of free parking and the prices are significantly better.

Never again shopping here. There is a very discrete parking registration/payment required for this complex. Got a parking ticket for shopping at London Drugs. What do they think, that this is Downtown Vancouver. What a joke. A signage inside the store would be nice warning customers about parking situation. Sad.

I will no longer be shopping here once paid parking is in effect. What an absolutely ridiculous hassle when there are tons of grocery stores that do not force an unnecessary extra charge on consumers. Even if it's "free" for 90 minutes, the two or three minutes it takes to validate every single time is enough time for me to drive somewhere else.

They guy in electronics is rude and hard to understand. I asked about a product that he didn't look up the right one and when I asked for him to order one he hung up lost a customer

Store has been in renovations for several years now. Terrible parking lay- out, few stalls, poorly arranged in sections. NOTE: New pay parking set-up. One of the few stores in Colewood or Langford with pay parking, this is the burbs, not downtown. Ok, free for first 90 minutes but you have to register your car first. Get your phone out, QR code to get the app, tap in your plates. Fine if you have your phone with you, have the time on your hands to fiddle, and the weather is nice. Inside store is a disaster, narrow isles, tarps everywhere, product being shifted around weekly, hard to fine anything and NO restrooms. This store has been a mess for several years now. Why bother? The other London Drugs at Tillicum is clean, new, wide isles, free and plentiful parking. A five minute drive away.

The guaranteed satisfaction policy here is great, I buy things here regularly and the few times the products have not met my expectations, although it is the fault of the manufacturers, London drugs has been very good and honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee and refunded my money with receipt. This allows me to shop with confidence. The staff are always also very helpful whenever I need to look for something.

Don't go here if you are dealing with any handicap issues. There are supposed to be 12 spots out front as per provincial guidelines.......good luck with observing those legal guidelines. Not sure why elderly and people with handicaps are discriminated against like this. Oh well, their loss......lots of other customer friendly drug stores around town.

We stopped in here to get some muscle relaxants because my low back has been really tight. The pharmacist was really helpful and they had something stronger than what I got in the U.S.. This place was great and reasonably priced.

I had a prescription faxed in by the doctor on Thursday. I came in on Saturday and they had not even started it. Next time I will send it to Rexall, across the street.
