Not very pleased with my visit to this location. Went to return unworn items with tags still on and was refused a refund or exchange… very disappointed as this has never happened to me before with lulu this location needs to reevaluate their customer appreciation. As a long time lululemon customer I am sad to say I won’t return to this location.

My experience at this location today has forever changed the way I will shop for active wear at Lululemon going forward. This locations needs to retrain all of their employees on racial profiling and sensitivity training.

It’s really organized in there, I don’t shop at Lulu a lot but when I do it’s usually a very calm area and the staff are nice, though today when I purchased a shirt I had payed for a bag, which is honestly not a big deal but still $2 down.

As an avid Lululemon shopper, I was thrilled to visit the new store on Wharf Street in Victoria, BC, and it did not disappoint. This storefront is absolutely incredible—an outstanding addition to an already impressive brand.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Victoria with easy access and beautiful surroundings. The store itself is spacious, well-organized, and has a sleek, modern design that perfectly complements the Lululemon aesthetic. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel welcome and inspired to shop.
What truly stood out to me was the overall shopping experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help without being overbearing. They made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations tailored to my needs.

Used to hold the brand in high regard due to their repair promise, they've now recinded that as of last month and will no longer touch anything thats over a year old and isn't manufacturer flaw. This was a main selling point for me and I saw them in a similar light to other quality brands that would repair their product for long lifecycles. Sad to see them moving toward fast fashion and cheap quality.

I recently learned that April 15 was the final day Lululemon would accept items for repair, so I rushed to the store with my torn joggers only to be turned away on the basis that the seamstress wouldn’t be in the mood to fix them tomorrow. I’m disappointed that the advertised policy was not upheld.

I bought a coat one year ago, and I find it is pilling so I go to the store to fix it. But the stuff told me they cannot fix it, also cannot exchange for me as a quality promise. He told me he can only do a quality promise for a things only bought in nearly 6 months. So they cannot do anything for me. After that, I check this rule with the GEC, and they told me the quality promise can be used for 6 years! I really don’t understand why they told me only 6 months! So I have to give a suggestion for GEC that please don’t always say go to the store, I waste two hours today! Also, when a go to another store, they told me they can fix it!
