Gréât clothes clean establishment.. but the staff are something else:/ went in on Saturday for some back to school shopping I got glares the minute I walked into the store. Nobody wanted to help me and the lady Jordan at the fitting rooms was just very rude never greeted me when I got into the fitting room basically ignored me when I asked for a size till I flagged down a different employee. The only nice employee I had was at cash?.

Great colors but the sizes they mostly have are the small and extra small . Their service is ok but they judge people and assume everyone is there to steal. This makes a person feel very uncomfortable. I don't shop here anymore because of that and my profile shows I've spent thousands every year for many years. They shouldn't judge everyone the same

Hi,I had a really great experience with Gabi who works in the store. I first came in on Thursday to see what was available as I had never really shopped for myself in the store before. She took the time to walk me through the men’s section and point me to some items I may be interested in. I wasn’t dressed appropriately to try anything on so let her know I would be back on Sunday. Thankfully she was working again and when I came in greeted me with a big smile and welcomed me back and pointed me back to some of the options we discussed so I could try on. After trying on what she recommended they were a perfect fit so I purchased. Very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with and I will be frequenting Lulu Lemon more often because of this experience with her directly.

I came here on April 4th and 3:30pm and all the staff that I talked too were so helpful and kind. a nice man with glasses helped me with a jacket problem I had, and then the lady at the till could not have been more friendly. I'll definitely be coming back to this location!

I want to give a shoutout to Paula and the amazing staff at Lululemon at Mayfair Mall for their awesome professionalism and customer service.I went into the store in search of a new casual outfit for my upcoming daddy daughter Valentine’s Day date after dealing with and overcoming some life/personal struggles and Paula went above and beyond to make sure that I was all set and had everything I would need to make the evening memorable. I left the store with a smile on my face and feeling happy. My daughter says I was super handsome thanks to my new outfit lol.Top notch customer service and I definitely will be back.Thanks for everything ?

Ok, they are horrible at answering the phone, lol, but after visiting the store on the evening of January Friday the 13th and considering how busy they were, the young lady was extremely helpful at finding me products in the back. She would disappear and come back with the item and these were items that were low in stock. So thank you and I wish I had gotten her name because she was great.Thank you!!!

I've stopped shopping at Lululemon because of this location... the staff at the checkout have been extremely rude and condescending to me the last couple times I've purchased clothes here. And there wasn't any reason for any attitude, I was just trying to purchase a couple pairs of leggings, it was completely unprovoked.The last time I was here I took back a pair of leggings that were coming apart at the seams, after just two wears. The employee who dealt with my exchange talked so disrespectfully and rude I was honestly shocked. They threatened to not put the exchange through, that somehow the failing fabric was my fault. The employee finally put the exchange through (exchange NOT refund). The way he spoke to me I was going to leave because I was sure he wouldn't approve the exchange. He finally put it through after berating me, but not without telling me first how gracious he was being for doing this exchange for me at all. Seriously messed up.I was so shaken up leaving the store. I vowed to never go back to Lululemon after that, and I haven't.

Mandy, one of the managers, was very helpful. She ended up doing a product quality exchange for me while also educating me on what leggings are for what purpose. Very grateful and appreciate her help and kindness!

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lululemon was one of multiple companies to offer a discount on their products in an effort to show ALL healthcare workers how appreciated they were during those unprecedented times. However, the company has changed their policy to include only medical doctors and licensed nurses (in addition to firefighters, law enforcement, search and rescue, military and EMTs).The company website states "For all you give. We’re grateful every day for those who serve our country and keep us safe and healthy". Lululemon - there are MANY other healthcare workers that keep you safe and healthy aside from doctors and nurses.For the pharmacists, who worked over time due to the volume of critically ill patients, mixing and dispensing the medications needed for treatment. For the respiratory therapists, who were responsible for intubating, participating in cardiac arrest codes and managing COVID positive lungs. For the imaging technicians, who were performing x-rays and sonography on these critically ill patients, putting themselves at risk with exposures. For the physiotherapists and occupational therapists who are responsible for rehab-ing survivors and helping them get back to baseline. And all the other allied health care workers I am failing to list because the list is just too long.Lululemon, it is not only doctors and nurses that have fought during this pandemic. Exercise is important to all of us as it has helped many get through the last two years. We all have been avid Lululemon customers in the past, however if your policy remains unchanged, there will be no future with us and your products.

Never had a problem returning bad quality products at any other lululemon store. My aligns were coming apart at the seams and I had only worn them twice. The first woman working there refused to take them and said that they will fix the seam instead. I’ve never had a staff member be so rude to me at lululemon. She also told me that one of the reasons she wouldn’t take them back is that they don’t have that colour anymore. I lost faith in that particular pair of pants after seeing that the seam came apart after 2 wears. I know lululemon has a quality performance return option. I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and I made it very clear. I called back and asked to speak with a different manager after shaking in the parking lot due to being refused so rudely. I went back in and asked for the other manager. This manager then told me that the pants often come apart at the seam and that they often Pill so they don’t like to do returns on them, and that they don’t suit my lifestyle. She also said that doing the return is undermining a co worker and it doesn’t make her feel very good. As if it was MY FAULT her co-worker had made the mistake and that the pants have issues all the time. How would this staff member have any idea what my lifestyle is? I’m still shook from the experience. This is low key body and lifestyle shaming. During the exchange the staff member made me feel so small. Also, turns out the first staff member lied as they DID have that colour in store. I could feel the eyes on me when I came back in after the phone call as if they all talked about it after. The vibes in there felt like highschool bullies. I brought a friend with me for the whole thing and she was just as shocked. I am a very loyal customer to lululemon (literally 95% of my clothes) and now I’m going to be steering away from Mayfair location. After reading other reviews it’s clearly an issue here.

Just had the most amazing service at the Mayfair location. Easy price adjustment for my older daughters leggings (on sale two days later) from talker lady with short hair, great fitting room service (shoulder length brown hair) and cashier (doing trauma psych) was so lovely and inquired about my daughters school plans. Hope this positive feedback makes it to these lovely humans!

Mayfair lululemon staff are prejudice Numerous occasions I have been asked to leave upon entering the store. For completely unjustified preconceived judgment. I have been wearing lululemon for. Years. If not mistaken they do have a file of everything I purchase and since I’m a frequent shopper because I live close by and genuinely enjoy clothes that last forever. Each employee does know me by name because I have no Shame in how much i purchase. Most recently I noticed they started selling hijabs and to get kicked out and not allowed to purchase I’s prejudice . Just my personal experience. I think that they have no customer service if anything they deter me away from spending my money there. Good luck staff.

We had amazing customer service from Gabby who went above and beyond helping us find what we needed. She had great product knowledge and was just an overall amazing person!! Such a great experience at this store.
