You have to find the things you like, some meals aren't great. The staff is super helpful and the coupons they email can be a great deal.

This one worker whom I can’t remember his name is so helpful and super awesome! He gave me recommendations on food that has good reviews and I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks for having such a good store!

First time visiting M and M meat markets and was pleasantly surprised with the selection, the price, and once I have eaten more of the items I purchased I look forward to including quality. So far the Japanese rice bowl is amazing. The staff was friendly helpful and welcoming. Social distancing and masks are both mandatory so that's a bonus! I look forward to my next visit.

Wednesday we went to get MM pies on rewards price ordered on the app signed in for rewards. After pick up found we had been charged full price not rewards price. Called store manager? Told me to visit store and clear that up. I did sales clerk said she had seen that when we paid ( said nothing). No correction to price would be made. $4 to lose regular customer.

FIRST VISIT = LAST VISIT. I bought "turkey slices". Turned out not to be slices but little bits of meat and fat and gristle. VERY VERY VERY low quality. I ended up throwing out what was left. You can return this sort of thing, but it's a great inconvenience. I just won't go back to a place that sells this sort of LOW QUALITY product.

The experience was the worst I have ever encountered in a store of any type, no excuses for it. The personnel, a young lady , treated me like a leper because of the Covid issue and would not walk over to the freezer to help with finding a product which, was not easy to find. She might have well just said " I refuse to serve you in any way, just give me your money " no offer of a bag to carry the salmon I bought , just walked away with it on the counter to hide in the corner again. Absolutely livid about the treatment as I am a healthy person or I wouldn't be out but she couldn't have been more scared to serve me and for no reason. When I asked her anything, she made me shout it across the store and had to ask her a few times to please repeat what she said. I was the only customer in the store. . Not 1 thing made me comfortable myself and I was a customer of yours for several years.......not even 1 star.

Very bad customer service this is second time happened to me I went the store to get something and sales lady blonde hair she is around 25 or 28 yrs.old .she is very rude to me and not friendly at all.Second time visit today and Im getting food for dinner and I ask here a question about there flyers which is chicken wings if any flavor are same price. ?she just look at me and walk away !while answering my question..I loved M&M but Im I dont like there customer service. Im hoping the campany should change the attitude of there sales person.

Definitely like their cordons and the halibut is tasty....what I do not appreciate is the lousy customer service from the young man and woman who have worked at the Shelbourne store all these years....abrupt , eye rolls, and rude looks.....after shopping here for a few years, I realize I do not want to patronize this store anymore and will go a little further to shop elsewhere. Great customer service goes a long way....and you may develop friendships with your customers who will want to keep coming back!!!!!

I'm a fan of this business, partially the food- partially the fact that it has managed to survive as a business. The one thing that they do really well is the desserts. The pumpkin pie is particularly good so if you don't want to make your own for thanksgiving dinner this year this is the place to buy one. Customer service at this location sucks but I have learned to lower my expectations in general these days. If there is someone there who has a pulse you are doing well....
