came in to find a dress for my birthday party, i didn’t catch their names but there was two very kind and attentive girls who pulled out many options for me helping me find the perfect dress for my special day, overall the whole experience was great.

Just came back from a cheeky Thursday night shopping trip at this little gem of a shop. Big shout out to the lovely and enthusiastic sales associates who helped me tonight and encouraged me to get a black funfur coat which I possibly didn’t need, but certainly wanted. Couldn’t be happier. ❤️

I’ve bought a couple dresses here. They are overpriced for the poor quality but Victoria has limited options for dresses so it fills the gap. What bothers me more is that every single time I go into this store there are a few girls working (they must be high school girls) and I can hear them very obviously gossiping the whole time about boys and friends etc. Just seems very unprofessional.

Fairly aggressive sales staff. The clothing I looked at was attractive enough at first glance but not particularly well made. What I saw was made in China. Wanted black pants, but when I got them home, they were grey. Hadn't noticed the sign at cash (I hate shopping) saying no refunds, just in-store credit or exchange. Courtesy of exchange I now own a grey, unlined, hooded, polyester, jacket I will have to do some work on to make it wearable.Won't be back.

Been there twice and have to say it is a very unique dress shop and has something for everyone(even if you are like me and pink and pastels are not your color) Sales staff were helpful without being pushy in my opinion. Will go back again.

Came in to buy a nice dress for a wedding, and was repeatedly referred to as sir, he/him by the employee helping me, "Naz" despite the fact that I was trying on dresses with my friend. Will not be shopping here again.

One of the most beautiful stores in Vancouver to shop at. I was recently shopping for an outfit for a friend’s birthday and this store had just about everything I’d seen trending in the US & on TikTok the store was SO busy at the time but the staff were still incredibly attentive and worked with me until the end to find what I was looking for. They had a good understanding of what styles would suit my body type which is sometimes hard to find service like that in Victoria & I left on the biggest high ♥️ thank you so much.

I went in to look for a dress to wear to a wedding but couldn’t find anything that fit perfectly because they only carry sizes S-L. The employees were helpful but pushy and hovered over me while I looked around. I tried on a couple dresses but decided not to get either. After I said I wouldn’t be buying anything their attitude changed and they were very short and rude. I wouldn’t even go back just to browse because I would feel uncomfortable being treated the same way.

Cheaply made, fast-fashion products for Aritzia prices…. at least the staff were nice? Perfect if you want to spend $100 for a shirt that will fall apart/fade after a hand wash or two.

I came in to purchase a dress the day before my engagement party because the one I ordered had not arrived in time for the party. I found a super cute dress and was really happy. The time came to get ready for my party, I put the dress on and saw that they never took the big plastic security tag off the dress. It was in a conspicuous placement so I could not wear the dress. It was about an hour before the party and the store was closed so I had no hope of getting it taken off in time. I ended up having to borrow a white dress from a friend and could not wear the one I purchased from Maie, I was SUPER disappointed obviously.I knew that the store policy was no refunds(which absolutely makes sense since this is a store that sells dresses for special occasions) but I thought I could explain the situation and and hoped they would be understanding especially since I had only bought the dress 2 days before. Also it was an error on their part that prevented me from wearing the dress. I had pictures of me from the event in a completely different dress to prove I never wore it but I never even got a chance to tell them that because when I went in and explained the situation the girls working were extremely condescending and rude. I get having a strict refund policy and fully accepted that but the mean girl attitude was unnecessary.
