Visited during a time of day when it wasn't as apparent that this is a market square where folks congregate. Went on a Sunday morning and walked through it, seems like it would be a fun hang when the market is sitting though! Perhaps in the summer

I had to visit historic Market Square shopping mall in downtown Victoria. It had plenty of stores, shops, restaurants and Whistle Buoy Brewing. You have to visit to see the charm of this place.
