I have always loved Mark's product because it is high quality and lasts long. However, the service at this store was non-existent. The specific clerk that I had talked to could not answer any of my questions with much detail or interest. They simply had no idea what any of their products offer and had no knowledge of what was in their store. As a costumer I would of been ok if they simply said I don't know and were transparent with me. Then following through with helping me look into the information I was seeking about their shoes. Instead they said " None of the shoes are waterproof. We don't have spray to seal shoes." After further investigation I did in fact find hiking shoes that stated "waterproof." I also had a friendly customer that over heard the discussion and did the clerks job for her and assisted me to find the spray that seals specific shoes. I don't usually feel so inclined to leave a review. However, the costumer service was so shockingly bad that I felt the need to leave a review for some constructive criticism.

Was looking for a pair of shorts that the website listed, when one of the locations didn't seem to easily be able to find stock the staff was very helpful to find stock at another store location in town. Thanks very much for your assistance.

I got these gloves that they said would be good for dealing with blackberry bushes. They were on sale. The first day with zero blackberry bushes they already got holes and are falling apart total rip off
