Victoria location as atrocious. I was told the wait would be half hour but they ran out of pickle forks for the guy ahead.. I was stuck in line between cars while they waited for the parts delivery. When I was finally seen after an hour and 5 mins they told me they didn't have the right filter for my car but I could wait and they would order for delivery. I wasted an hour and a half and left with n oil change. When I called in the french guy on the phone said yeah well we run out of inventory all day because he can't possibly keep track of everything needed (sounds like someone is completely incompetent). I said perhaps they have the young people asking if we need coffee/water, look up the car make and check to see that inventory is there rather than find out while we are on the lift after waiting twice what they said. His response: "Everyone has to wait in life ma'am and you're no different. Disgraceful business operations, disgraceful customer service.

I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other. Thank-you one and all for running such a place.

What a great experience. Yesterday, I broke down right by the Mr Lube on Douglas. They had a long line for oil changes but one of the guys came out to check out my car, and got me into a mechanic bay in the back right away. They got the parts I needed and fixed me up super quickly, were helpful the whole way through, and even scrubbed off the very stuck-on sap on my windshield while working away.
HUGE SHOUTOUT to José, Brandon, and the one with beard who was in charge(sorry I didn't get your name!)
What could have been a really stressful situation for me was made easy, and as a single female there is always a concern of being ripped off by mechanics, sadly- but that was not at all the case with these guys. Transparent, safe, efficient, and professional.
11/10, highly recommend

Got an emergency fix on my tire right before they were closing and had a great experience. Super efficient, polite, and hard working staff! Very glad they were able to patch it up in 15 mins ?

I am coming to this service station from last 3 years because they are suppose to be the best. However yesterday it was a negative experience. I went in to get w trasnmission service done, and i was there at around 5:00 pm, and they close the station at 6:00 pm. When i got there I asked for the the service and also to change my head light bulbs, now i am not sure it was near closing time so the mechanics didnt wanted to deal with something time consuming,
For the headlight they then told me ohh something faulty is there so the headlight has bigger issue than anticipated, we cannot do it.
Then for transmission service they said ohh we are not able to open the cap for the service so we cannot do it, something bigger problem is going on u should go to the dealership.
I kid you not, i drove straight to canadian tier bought two bulbs and instaled it myself it worked perfectly fine.
Then next morning on sunday i went to jiffy lube on douglas and they did the same transmission service without any hiccups.
And i was on the road in 30 mins.
Putting negative things on someones mind and not even thinking twice abt it.
Litreally worst experience. Never gonna take my car again there even if its the last place on earth!
