Just had my Civic’s AC fixed with Searles after Honda tried and failed a few times to properly diagnose and fix it. Searles got it straight away and the price was so reasonable. I’d definitely come back here for any maintenance that I need to get done!

Searles has been looking after my Dodge Ram now for a couple of years. They are very approachable & helpful. Even sudden problems and repairs are looked after. It difficult to find a auto repair company you can trust now adays. Searles gets my vote as one of the Best .

Another incredible service rendered by Searles Automotive! I've been bringing all of my vehicles to their shop since I bought my first car in 2007, and not once -- not a WORD of LIE -- ... have they ever left me questioning and unhappy.
They will fix only what needs to be fixed at the time; they will TALK TO YOU FIRST if something is concerning and needs to be dealt with eventually; they are approachable, personable and not at all in it for the money. I feel heard and respected by this shop, and encourage others to check them out. My recent service was yesterday (Aug 07/2024) on my Scion XB and I am happy!

Wear others failed they succeded - Our vehical had been in multiple shops to try and figure out our issue with the electic power stearing, Chris got it in quck and repaired in a short time, the cost was less than expected. they listened to my issue with out making me feel like I had no clue ,they were kind, courteous and they were confident that they could find and fix the problem, and they did.

On July 15th 2024, I called Searles to book an A/C repair appointment.
Fortunately, a cancellation had just happened, they were able to fit me in asap. The problems were indicated to me with the cost to repair. I left my vehicle overnight and pick it up the next day.
The final bill was less than the estimate quoted. The invoice showed exactly what repairs were completed, which I appreciated. Searles Auto was very professional in all aspects of the repair. I will be recommending Searles to my friends in Victoria. Thank you Chris and the team at Searles Auto Repair.
