I am usually not a big fan when it's time to buy a new vehicle but I have the best service with Pacific Mazda. Really professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We found our perfect family vehicle with them. Denzel was fantastic and we love our experience working with him. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Worst customer service and service in general.1st time we booked a tire rotation with a set time. 3 hours later they called us to say "oh your vehicle doesn't need a tire rotation" wasted 3 hours waiting... booked again a year later with a SET TIME for a tire rotation and when I arrived they said oh it will take about 2 hours. That they have other vehicles to do... we left again with no service.We purchased a new Mazda and to be treated this way 2 times is awful.

I found myself in need of a new wiper blade while on the Island from the mainland. I contacted Pacific Mazda and was met with such kindness from all the folks I spoke to. I was told that they did have my blades in stock and to come in. I was greeted by friendly folks in the service dept who directly me to the Parts Dept. Glenn went to my vehicle to determine exactly what I needed, got the blades and put them on my car! I so appreciate the level of professionalism and care that he took to ensure my safety for my trip home. As an older single woman, it is so important to find people you can trust to look after your vehicle. Pacific Mazda offers that kind of service and goes above and beyond to service their vehicles and their owners! Thank you Pacific Mazda!

I was in Victoria for an event last week and was extending my stay with a few days vacation in Shirley, BC. After getting coffee and starting my Mazda a bunch of lights lit up on my dash. My daughter & I could not figure out what they all meant so we pulled into the Mazda Dealership.The entire experience was amazing. They were so professional, friendly & courteous. We just had to wait for a half hour to get my vehicle looked at, the issue was resolved not long after and we were on my way. I had my puppy with me too and we were welcome to sit in the waiting room with him!!I never spoke with the person who serviced my vehicle, so thank you!!To the young fellow who served us at the front counter, Jared. Kudos to you, and thank you so very much. Mazda Pacific is lucky to have such a personable, knowledgeable and professional person as part of their Team.There was a woman who helped as well when Jared went on lunch when everything was finalized. She was exceptionally nice too!!Thank you for such a positive experience with a stressful situation. The rest of our time on Vancouver Island was wonderful and we got to where we were going and back home to Vancouver safe & sound!!

I own a 20 yr old Mazda B3000 P/U. Some time ago the truck developed dashboard cluster issues. The speedometer/tach/fuel gage etc. began to work only intermittently. As this is an older vehicle I took it to some local mechanical shops numerous times, but they either were not interested or did not have the expertise to deal with the matter, they gave me numerous scenarios of what was going on. I had been told that a new dashboard clusters were need, I managed to find a used one was located in the US and purchased. I then took my older truck to Pacific Mazda for one last attempt at this repair. In approx. 2hrs Pacific Mazda sorted the problem in my older truck and its working well once again. I have to commend Jared, the service advisor that I dealt with the matter. He took ownership of the issue, he kept me informed, and all the work was done at a what I considered a fair price. Would I recommend this service centre - most certainly.

Service Dept:I find all the staff in the service department to be very professional and helpful. I originally dealt with Kristina and she was always professional and friendly to deal with. I did find getting them to answer the phone and return calls to be challenging at times. I understand they are super busy but I think there's room for improvement there. I ended up having my 2014 Mazda3 written off (no fault of mine), so wasn't dealing with them for a while. I just recently found a new 2024 Mazda3 GT at a different dealership out of town and just got set up with the service department here that's local for me to answer all my inquiries and get my car serviced as needed. I am happy to be back with them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacific Mazda service. They are all helpful and wonderful to work with.Sales:I went to Pacific Mazda sales to look at getting a used Mazda3 GT and then ending up toying with the idea of just buying brand new rather than used. Denzel was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, their offer for my trade wasn't where I wanted it and there was no new vehicles to test drive and only 2 used vehicles that weren't for me. I just found in the time I spent looking, there was just no 3's to look at and I had been looking since March. I ended up finding my 3 elsewhere and received a more acceptable offer on my trade. I would still recommend the sales department but was just unsure why the lack of vehicles to look at for so long.

Pacific Mazda consistently provides exceptional customer care! They always make me feel so taken care of! Every service call experience is wonderful - Christina is so positive, Jared is so thoughtful, Richard is so patient! They are also very generous with their taxi vouchers - in fact, the taxi driver told me Pacific Mazda provides the most generous vouchers in Victoria compared to other dealers! Thank you sincerely Pacific Mazda for taking care of us and keeping us safe on the road!

After years of loyal patronage, I will not be relying on this shop to service my vehicle. Within days of a routine service, my Mazda C3 would not start; turns out the battery was dead as there was no fluid in any of the cells; one would think that checking the condition of the battery is a basic item to check. I called PM right away and was told the Service Manager would respond immediately to this emergency. No follow up of any kind so, I'm done.

Always excellent customer service, plus a cab chit to go shop while you wait for your car service to be done. Two things to note. Cab drivers are in short supply so you may end up waiting awhile and it seems that the car wash service is unavailable while the car washer is on lunch which seems to be when I’m about to pick up my car. I hope they hire two car washers.

I just bought a brand new Mazda CX5 Kuro edition from Pacific Mazda. I traded in My Palisade with Mazda CX5, and I am impressed with the quiet cabin and the fuel efficiency. It is a great car, and I was so pleased with everything. My sales consultant, Frank Pecorelli and sales manager Matt Ross, were gracious. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Frank Pecorelli made it so much fun and smooth when shopping for a new vehicle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He answered all of my questions with patience and expertise, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase.The finance man, I forgot his name was also exceptional in assisting me with the financing process and worked hard to find the best payment options.The entire team at Pacific Mazda Victoria was extremely welcoming and professional, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.I highly recommend Pacific Mazda to anyone looking for superb sales and service excellence.Ghada M Victoria, BC.

Pacific Mazda continues to deliver amazing customer care! My tire pressure warning light came on while on the highway. The company that Mazda Roadside assistance hired was super helpful, testing my tire pressure, and saying they were fine, and recommended I check the sensor. When I called into P-M to inquire about availability to check the sensor, Bridgette gave tremendous customer care - so patient, empathetic, understanding, kind, and helpful. Jared at Servicing was incredibly helpful - he anticipated my needs without me knowing it, and welcomed me to come in so he could help me reset it, but also left clear instructions in his voice message that ended up solving my problem 100%. Their help solved the problem for me and gave me peace of mind that I could drive safely moving forward. Pacific Mazda has always provided wonderful customer care to me and make me feel really great at Mazda in general. Highly recommend Pacific Mazda!!! Thank you!!!
