“I love this place. It is has a little bit of everything. Great for craft items such as soap and candle making, with plenty of Mica powders. They also carry pet food in packaging and bulk for your average pet/farm animals, and garden supplies. Prices are reasonable. This store is a gem”

“This has been THE Bosleys I go to even if they're all the way across town. They treat my dog like he's as special as he thinks he is...gives him treats and fusses over him like he likes to be. Linda is especially helpful and she remembers the names of my 4 pawed feline children even if she hasn't met them, and has mor
e than once given me good advice. Most of the other Bosleys in town i won't go into because even though they're closer the staff isn't as caring as the regular staff at this location”
“The dog bath is fantastic. Only thing that would have made it perfect would be a trigger hose nozzle. Trying to wrangle a 110lbs soaking wet dog when trying to shut off the nozzle available was fun.
Ill still go again. Really helpful. Got extra towels without asking for the flufferbut.”

“I keep going back here because they have the best price for the big bags of dog kibble. I also appreciate the care they take towards the big bags when they stock the shelves as the vacuum seal is still intact unlike other stores that have little holes throughout the bag from handling. Lots of fun walking around with the abundance of things to see and buy.”

“I have to say, I’ve been in Creatures many times before, and I wasn’t a fan. However the hatred being spewed by another pet store about you guys, the last few times I’ve been in, definitely made me uncomfortable and not wanting to shop there. So I wanted to revisit.
Before, I found the store to be quite unwelcoming, there was a sense of come in, hurry up and leave. I never wanted to stay, or ask questions I had and truthfully it felt like you were burdening the staff.
But a lot has seemed to change, the staff are happy at the front and welcome you in. The gentleman in reptiles is outstanding, incredibly passionate and someone trustworthy for information. It’s like everyone seems to have a goal for the day, both individually and as a collective store and are effectively working towards it.
The ability to care for all the animals, accommodate all the customers and still keep yourselves level headed and professional isn’t easy and I applaud you for that.
I’ll keep shopping here and recommend to my friends to revisit. You guys are doing a great job.”
