“I love this place. It is has a little bit of everything. Great for craft items such as soap and candle making, with plenty of Mica powders. They also carry pet food in packaging and bulk for your average pet/farm animals, and garden supplies. Prices are reasonable. This store is a gem”

“Very helpful staff. If they don't have the peticular item you are looking for, you can ask the staff if they are able to order it in. AWESOME self serve doggy bathing section that has a ton of high quality shampoos, Free doggy treats and water proof aprons and a warm jet air hose and towels for drying after. And it's less then 15$ per visit for everything included! Any size breed as well cause the bathing area has stairway for bigbreads to get in so washing is wast high so no need to talk bend over.”

“Bought a custom cat tree couple years ago. Thing is over 6' tall. Built like a tank. Will outlive my crazy cat no doubt. The price for his builds are too good. Why buy a junky one from a chain store that will fall apart?Edit* just wanted to add that I've bought a second one and was informed they will recondition their work for the life of the tree!”
“I keep going back here because they have the best price for the big bags of dog kibble. I also appreciate the care they take towards the big bags when they stock the shelves as the vacuum seal is still intact unlike other stores that have little holes throughout the bag from handling. Lots of fun walking around with the abundance of things to see and buy.”

“Creatures is hands down the best pet store in Victoria! My angel fish got sick and I brought her in to the store in a panic, without even letting them know, and Billy in aquatics instantly got to work. He treated my fish and even held her overnight in one of their tanks. He told me he would do the best he could and to call the next day for an update. Unfortunately, my fish didn’t end up making it, but the team at Creatures was incredibly compassionate and truly went above and beyond for my pet. They exceeded my expectations, and I will always be grateful for what they did to try to help! I will forever recommend this pet store for all your aquatic needs. Thank you Billy and Creatures!”
