This was always a friendly helpful store. Not today. Asked an employee if they might have a certain dog food in the back as I couldn't find it. Was very rudely told if it's not on the shelf we don't have it.

We bring two of our (very large) dogs to the Petsmart grooming team at Blanshard and they do an AMAZING job! Our female is quite timid and they are so patient and gentle with her. They both look fantastic every time :) 10/10 would recommend!

I had an unpleasant experience at this PetSmart location. I went in as a customer, but the associate at the counter, Salem, did not greet me or even say hello or thank you. Right after me, a different customer came in and was greeted with a smile and friendly service. As a brown man, it felt like I was being treated differently, and it was very uncomfortable.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, no matter who they are. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are welcomed equally.

Awful customer service. My mom lives on salt spring island and booked a grooming for her two dogs. After paying for her ferry, making the drive over, she got there to find the groomer wasn’t there that day- after calling and confirming twice. No one called to let her know the groomer wasn’t coming, and the kid working at the front didn’t care. Going back and forth several times, no one would take blame for the situation and the best they could do was 10% off her next appointment. No offer to reimburse her ferry, or give a free grooming for the next time. Terrible service, management, and front staff. This place is an absolute joke.

Very tiny PetSmart. Minimal livestock & supplies, but lots of cat and dog food choices and was very clean! Cashier was efficient and kind. Overall not a bad experience at all - I just expect more from a PetSmart stock wise. Will return for basic stuff and was happy with my purchases.

This was the most terrible grooming experience for my poor little puppy. It was a shame that it was a very first groom and they stressed her out to the point where she popped a cherry eye they not once called me to let me know that she was super stressed, or at any point just stop grooming her because she was stressed, instead when I picked her up, blamed it on her breed and genetics. I dropped a perfectly fine healthy happy puppy off and that is not what I got back. Instead I picked up violently, shaking and whimpering little dog. They took no responsibility and got quite argumentative. Just pay the extra and take your dog to a proper groomer. this place is not worth it. Underpaid under experienced people who call themselves groomers.
