My printer no longer worked when I upgraded my OS, all my searching indicated that my printer was obsolete, and it could not be fixed. Alex fixed that in less than 10 minutes!! He then proceeded to take care of other issues, and also cleaned my drawer of cables and cords which were obsolete!! :-)) Thanks Alex.
