A pleasant experience. Sales reps let us browse at our own pace and were available to answer questions when needed. BC made furniture. I ordered a sofa, it was custom made on the lower mainland and delivered in about 6 weeks. No complaints!

We purchased a sectional couch which had been a floor model. Was shipped to Victoria and is in pristine condition. It is perfect for our home. Then we purchased 2 accent chairs which we will get in about 4 weeks. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. Definitely recommend purchasing through them as they have such a variety to choose from, and are very knowledgeable, asking the right questions and ensuring we are happy! Thank you Q Living for making our living room beautiful!

Exceptional customer service from picking out our new sectional, and all the help to the movers. Was super quick arriving, took 3 days which is crazy fast. Really great experience can’t wait to come back to buy more furniture.

Excellent experience in store. Traci was informative and helpful but not pushy and gave space to check out the different sofa beds. Still waiting on the delivery - so will update my review later. Definitely would recommend this place. Also, great boxing week sale!

Purchased a storage king bed frame and sectional to furnish our new property and Q living Furniture did not disappoint. The knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to support me answering my 8 million questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Even a little aftercare was prompt and hassle free. Special shout-out to Megan Wright in the Victoria Location for being so amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to refer our clients here or shop personally again.

Went looking for a sofa this morning and had the best retail experience imaginable. Zach was laid back, giving us exactly the information we needed to start exploring and left us to ourselves. When we had drawn up a shortlist, he again gave us all the information with no pressure. Other stores could learn from Zach on how to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. We left with a sofa, customized to our living room, and couldn’t be happier with the entire process.
