I clearly explained that I had used the fast high-RPM driving technique to clear my X5’s DEF (diesel exhaust filter) but it kept clogging and it probably needed replacing or removal. R&W assured me they have “a way” to clean the DEF. They kept it for a day and charged me $450.00 for doing what I’d already done! They drove it to Sidney & back, then cleared the dashboard warning lights. The very next day it was clogged again, the warning lights came back on and the motor went back into limp mode. I feel like a total fool, giving my hard-earned money to an opportunistic amateur.

I gave them two stars because at least they gave me credit on the invoice and owned up to their mistakes. Initially they wanted to charge me $700 and I had to demand that was completely unreasonable. I brought my car there there to get a power steering leak fixed. They did their diagnostic and ordered three hoses, two of which were not leaking and they believed the third was leaking. My car was in their shop for a week and the third hose they believed was leaking was not leaking and after a week they said oh well. Now it's the cooler. At which point I decided I could not trust the shop and told them to stop work and I would pick the car up the next day. In addition, I made multiple phone calls to try and see the status of the car. I also went online to look up the parts they were ordering and found that I could buy them cheaper online than they were selling me them. In the end they replaced a pulley. They put on one of the hoses, the third one and did not remove. Dodd not charge me for it but tried and did charge me for diagnostics and I was fine to pay for the installation of the pulley. In the end this cost me $300. Nice professional shop but not the kind of mechanics I want my car in the hands of. My car is a BMW 328xi Two-Door coupe. Disappointing!

Like all Mercedes Men we love our cars but hate the bill, R.W.'s much cheaper then local dealers.Quality of work is higher though and, they don't pad the bill, clearly I can see, every item, is as it should be. But my wife reports the serpentine tensioner they suggested replacing,cured a whole host of ghost that was plaguing MMs car. Who knew? The boss did, and for a few extra bucks, MMs car is driving like a dream, thanks bro's, call me when the German hose's are in, once you grease Monks_Key are finshised, i will step next door and get it detailedAlvin Frederick DeRoache.P.S THANKS TO dre, Dr. Red did not get racially profiled like at airport budget, where the diffently pad the bill.

These guys are my new favorite shop for my E46 BMW. I had a squeeking belt and they got me in and out quick with a suuuuper fair price for the work!It makes a big difference going somewhere that knows your make inside so if you need BMW service in Victoria I would 100% reccomend this shop.
