If I could give this branch a negative review I would. The absolute worst branch I have dealt with. I went into do a transaction at this branch last week. An Asian female teller took forever to find my account and then told me my transaction was processed as I had requested and then blocked my account after I left the branch, and now I’m having to call into the damn fraud centre which with RBC is like calling the MP of Canada…..I have been doing business with RBC over 10 years and I have never visited suck difficult branch. I hope head office of RBC would take these reviews seriously and work on increasing the customer service experience of their long term clients. This branch really needs some couching.

Not sure what's up with you guys. You don't honor call appointments and there's no way to call someone at your branch. It's almost as if you don't want people to do business at your bank.

Poor customer service. I was pretty sure that the customer service agent lacks accurate information and communication skills. I am totally not satisfied with the service and don’t recommend to bank at this branch.

We had a scheduled appointment for a video conf with a rep from this branch and never received a video link. Tried calling to speak to the person but there is no way to actually speak with someone at the branch.

After attempting to call 6 times, in French and English, to several branches (which connects you to the 'virtual assistant') and the 1-800 numbers (also connect to the incredibly unhelpful assistant) I still have not spoken to a single person who can help me. All I am trying to do is delete an address from 10 years ago from their files so that they stop trying to send things there. This doesn't seem like rocket science. I know banks are all a little evil but this one seems to be especially so.

Tried to talk to an investment advisor. Could not get past automated attendant. It hung up on me multiple times. Our investment advisor, who retired a year ago, still has her message on the office telephone there. Now I have to go down there to speak to someone locally. Crummy service.

Personal finance people who know little about personal finance. At least 3 mistakes in their paper work, horrible follow up, provided false information to me. I generally avoid them if possible.

Great Customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service from top to bottom. Especially from their teller Grace to Peter B. their manager as they helped me navigate info letter that I was requesting..
