My company has been using Royal BC Financial for our staff insurance and investments for a few years now. They've offered good rates from competetive companies but what's set impressed us most has been their responsiveness. When one of our staff write or phones, they get competetent attention. When I need a hand, I personal attention from an expert. As a result, my wife and I have switched our personal insurance needs to them as well. Highly reccomended!

I really wasn't impressed to receive a cold call from Royale BC Financial today. The caller failed to introduce himself at first, and led me to think he was a prospective client reaching out to me. Tried to talk around me with euphemisms of 'prospecting' when I called him out on doing a cold call in order to sell me insurance. Every time I told him I wasn't interested, and was satisfied with my current business insurance policies, the rep continued to push me, asking if I'd ever done market research. Thankfully I was saved by an actual client calling me.Based on this experience, I will never deal with Royale BC financial, and don't recommend anyone else do either. I'd give a zero star rating if I could. Pushy cold calls based on finding company contact info online is not how you build a client base these days.
