Despite some initial communication issues with the installer, the staff, especially Bev, are praised for their helpfulness and dedication. Customers ordered shutters for their living room and were satisfied with the knowledgeable sales representative, Janine, and the precise installer, Rob. Overall, the service at Ruffell & Brown is commended, although some improvements in communication and installation scheduling are suggested.
