Me and my friend went to open a student account and the teller was saying that they need an acceptance letter. In the web site it is clearly said that to open a student account, you need name, your school, enrollment term duration and date. We gave acceptance letter, But still they are refusing to give student account access.
I've been a loyal customer to this bank more than 6 years and I never get those kinds of treatment
So I'm going to leave this bank.

We had a Government cheque that we wished to cah with all proper I.D. required and they refused to cash it as we did not have an account with them. Highly illegal.
I was thinking about moving my mortgage to them but no longer. I am done with them!!!!

The absolute worst service. Impossible to get a hold of the branch they will never answer . It's been a week and no call back . Get transfer to customer service who direct me to call the branch directly . No answer

Just 2 tellers are working at one time . Huge line ups and other bank members are busy in gossiping with other colleagues. Wastage of time. Wont recommend it to anybody
