Inconsistent after 10 service. A female staff will not sell after 10pm while I’ve been there couple of times 11pm and a male staff will happily serve. Make a consistent service.

Feb 9, 2025 at 1145 the man at the station was extremely rude and it wasn't the first time. He should not be in this job since he's not friendly and assumes people are angry with him with no reason. Very Bizarre behaviour. I won't be going there again and sharing this with my neighbours and friends. I also mentioned to him the Atm machine wasn't working and showed a sign saying so and he couldn't careless. He basically told me to go somewhere else to get me lotto tickets and money from the ATM. I couldn't believe it! I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling service! I went to this gas station and guess what? The machine charged me but did not dispense a single drop of gas.
Not only did the staff refuse to refund me, but I had to waste my time going back twice to speak with the manager. What a joke! The manager couldn't care less and flat-out refused to help.
If you want to be treated like garbage and lose money, definitely visit this place.

The individuals running this gas station store are treating all customers as criminals in a gentrified area of the city. Do not support this gas station, this closed door culture of fake danger is not what should be cultivated in this city. They also offer some of the worst customer service on top of this while trying to get items through a tiny window and two way speaker.

At 10 in the evening, we found the doors securely locked. The staff member on duty seemed unable to comprehend our request. There seems to be no justifiable reason for locking the doors at this hour. I've visited other cities with higher safety concerns, yet they maintain around-the-clock open access. This policy is perplexing, especially in a place that doesn't appear to warrant such precautions.

Not good. They are advertising they are open 24 hours but are being continually harassed at their door by un-paying customers. One of these individuals was asleep at the door standing up. The other was scrounging around in the garbage bins around activated gas tanks. This was all occurring around 4:30 AM Tuesday morning while wanting to PAY for milk, bread. They should train their staff to call security and or the police to leave private property. I don't blame the store, nor the clerk at the time; but the problem is forcing a vital business as a gas station into lock down during these hours as how the rest of the city has become during these hours. 7-11 on corner of Douglas and Johnson, same thing; as well as Circle K on corner of Douglas and Yates. Ultimately I blame the city and the province for the danger.
