Went to get gas the other day. Sign said gasoline $1.80/g , receipt said $2.06/g. Look at the pump rather than the sign when getting gas here…

490 Island Hwy, Victoria, BC V9B 1H5: Laundromat is steadily going downhill! Only 2 old dryers out of 10 & 3 old washers out of 20. It' been literally like this for years!!! If you can't afford to keep it clean & in working order, then sublet it to someone who can!!!

Decent self-service car wash. Bays are a little narrow and open on top, so if it's raining, you will get wet. The water pressure is good and the lights are nice and bright, although the foam brush is a bit weak. Coin-operated only, but if you don't have change, you can go inside and get some from the cashier. It's just a normal car wash, so it's not going to do a whole lot against really thick grime, but it's as good as any other coin-op wash. As for gas, it's mostly just like every other Shell. No card tap on the pumps, so you do have to use the chip (unless I'm blind and just couldn't find it).Oh, and don't let the spray wax get on your windshield - it will cause a nasty smearing effect when it rains, and you'll have to clean it off again.

IPayed for a cab ride to this " landary mat "not one machine was in order the worker from out of country just laughed at me made me feel stupid same worker tryed to put his lunch on my card verry bad luck at this location

Car wash is a joke. There was zero detergent in the car wash, so I basically paid to rinse the car in cold water. I complained and just got sarcastic attitude from the person working there. Really seemed like they’re just being cheap and ripping off customers by essentially charging for cold water.

Really clean and the employees are super helpful and friendly. Got the chance to meet owner. She was very polite and helped me and my husband in every possible way. We'll go back when we're in the area.

Very nice customer service , she helped me on the pump when I took the wrong fuel and she makes me feel comfortable at that place . Sometime, it’s good to have patience and calmness when in hurry. Always listen to the person there.

Carwash/vacuums/customer service is a joke. After paying for the car wash a while back, it didn't work, and I was basically told "pay for it again and if it doesnt work, tough luck" when I asked the cashier about it. This time, the vacuum didn't work, and I got basically the same response. Pay again. If it doesnt work, not our problem. Etc. He couldn't even put a few dollars in to try it again. He then said he'd turn it off so no one else pays for it, then proceeded to turn it on, close it up, and walk away, so another person can waste their money here.
Yeah, it's just a few dollars, but it's the response that's an absolute joke. Just go somewhere else that actually appreciates your business.

It used to be my go-to for a car wash. They recently "updated" the car wash facilities and made them far worse. The brushes are sparse and cheap. They've watered down the soap so much it runs off the car as quickly as you apply it. They've shortened the amount of time you get so it costs almost twice as much to do a less thorough, rushed job. Even the hoses to the brushes are cheaper and getting pinched and kinking while you try and use them. It used to be the best. Sad to see them ruin a good thing by cheaping out.
