Purchases 2x$100 Shell Gift Certificates from this location on Dec 10, 2025 as a Christmas present for my father-in-law. I was informed today (Jan 3rd, 2026) that both cards were not activated at time of purchase, when he tried to redeem them. Now I’m out $200.26 (according to my bank statement) and my gift is useless. Thanks Burnside Shell! Your lack of care for this location strikes again! I do not recommend this location.

Came for a Propane tank trade and had such lovely, kind service that I felt compelled to review (never reviewed a gas station before 😂) anyhow, Raghu App was just so genuine and lovely. Thank you!

The cashier told me there is no public washroom after I have paid for my gas. I will not come to this gas station ever again. I don’t understand why you denying for customers to use the bathroom absolutely unacceptable.

I think this car wash has been newly renovated so everything is great. Toonie gets you going with lots of soap and pressure. Only $3 and my car was sparkling.

Not the cleanest gas station you've ever been to. Decided to go there to use the car wash but there were no signs anywhere in the car wash bay that denoted what the cost was. I put a loony in the machine and nothing happened put another one in and it started so you have to put $2 in each time and it seems like that $2 gets you the same amount of time that other car washes give you for $1.Oh well, now I know for next time.

Not sure those car wash station are from shell or third party, they need a lot of maintenance, most of them leaks a lot. We go there to wash our car, but ends up getting partial bath.Floor of carwash gets water pools, which makes your shoe socks trousers everything wet.Please look into it.

Very poor customer service, was told to wait outside for 10 minutes while “she” wash the floor to the car wash. Can you not serve customer first? Will never return to this location? 9:15pm, May 25th
