I went to fill my new motorcycle up here. Pump 2. The trigger got stuck wide open and I was unable to stop putting gas in and ended up with gas spraying everywhere, including all over my riding equipment soaking it in gas, and covering my motorcycle and all of its controls and electronics. I could see cat litter all over the ground indicating there was a gas issue earlier. I went in to let them know and the fellow behind the til kept saying no to my telling him there was an issue. I said I could see there was an existing issue hence the car litter there to soak up a previous spill. Again told no. I went to try to wipe some gas up off my motorcycle, but there was no paper towels available anywhere. I went back in and asked for info to contact a manager. The lady behind the desk who ignored the issues said she was the manager. Shocked that a manager would allow this kind of thing to go without investigation I asked for contact info for an owner to which I was told there was no owner for the location. I had to call corporate to be told there was in fact an owner. After that an attendant finally decided to go outside and have a look. Even when faced with the existing cat litter he lied to me again and said there was no problem before with the pump, when clearly they had already cleaned a spill from it. Complete ignorance and lack of respect for customers, not to mention the outright lies to my face. I expect compensation for damages to my equipment for the employees ignorance.

I like the renovation. Very clean and coffee from the back bistro is amazing. What I don't like are the girls and guys selling car polish at the front door. If I want car polish, I'll go to Canadian tire. I have to dodge their sales when all I want is gas, which makes me want to go to another gas station. Regular staff are great.

Hard review as the employees who work here are amazing and very friendly (except the curly long haired kid, overflowing arrogance), but upon recent unfortunate news, it seems there are new owners and they are taking it upon themselves to clear house and fire all staff. I find this utterly unacceptable, especially if said owner is just bringing in cheap extended family to run the place!On top of that they think Colwood is Compton and have the doors locked from 11pm-5am… this place has turned into a joke and I will be doing my best to stay away from now own. I will not support this disgusting behaviour and leadership! Just sad.

Rude Attendant, Actually through the receipt at me because their pumps didnt work. This isn't the first time I have had issues at this particular gas station. If they have a camera this happened at 930 am Mon Feb 28 2022 check it out.
