The South Asian woman who works here is so, so friendly that I’ve been back several times hoping she’s there. Instead I get the white guy who is the laziest employee I’ve ever seen. One time I spent like $25 on candy alone for some kids I look after (this was at like 6:30pm), and he refused to let me use the public bathroom in the back for literally no reason.

I recently visited this store because it's close to my work. When I arrived, I was a little confused because the pumps were new, and I didn’t know how to use them. I decided to ask one of the staff members for help. They were really friendly and took the time to show me how to use the pump. They made sure I understood everything before leaving. I really appreciated their help.

this store has completely ruined my day twice now. i turned 19 at the beginning of august and one day at the end of august i went in to purchase cigarettes. the employees on that day refused to sell to me even after showing valid ID claiming “their manager told them they can’t sell to me because it is still the same month as my birthday and to come back in september.” i came back yesterday (end of september) and the same employee continued to refuse me service, now claiming their manager told them that they can’t sell to anyone born in my birth year, even though my MULTIPLE forms of ID state i turned 19 2 MONTHS AGO. i am so angry and displeased with this service, not only refusing me once, but also lying to me in telling me to come back the next month only to pull the same stunt. this is the only convenience store within 30min of my home, the incompetent and unprofessional service has ruined my day twice now making it more of an INCONVENIENCE STORE. damn this location to hell.

I recently visted store at night and had a wonderful experience with one of your staff. He is a young guy extremly friendly and helpful, going above he assist me. His kindness towards my dog really impressed me. Moreover, he likes dog and give treats to my dog. I recommend more staff members like him as he made our vistlit special..

My husband stops there at the store every day to get coffee on the way to work. They have a set up for 4 coffee dispensers and quite frequently, there is not one full. The staff is always on the phone and not attending to customer service. The paper towel dispenser in the washroom doesn't work. It only takes a few minutes to ensure that these things are done.

Never had problems here. Last bastion of gas in the SE side of Victoria downtown and Oak Bay. Tends to be forefront of price flux but average prices to the area. Clean facilities, hot coffee and snacks. Clerk was always helpful.

Worst customer service experience. I used their washroom and unfortunately forgot key in the washroom, so I went back to ask attendant (SHITAL) that I forgot key in their do you mind giving me spare key? As I have worked at same gas station for several years so I know it does happens, people do forgot the keys in washroom and there is always a spare key. But instead she started shouting at me and starts abusing me about my colour and race. She literally said “that’s why I don’t give keys to you Indians” So I really want @ShellCanada to look into this matter please and thankyou. I do have a video of this incidence where you can hear her saying these words.
