“UPS Store #116 is amazing! I received my package with an antique clock in it and there were no issues with the clock! How could there have been!?? These guys are the master packers of the world! I have never seen such magnificent packing of any item I have ever received, and I was so impressed with the professionalism and meticulous attention to detail they gave this clock to ensure its safe, undamaged arrival! I hope the people at UPS corporate read about this store; they are the model for all of your stores when it comes to their packing prowess. Should I again do business with an auction house in Victoria I know who to call to ensure my purchases get packed & shipped by the Master Packers of UPS!!”

“Our delivery driver John was great, he delivered a couple of large/heavy pallets of gym equipment and brought them down our driveway and into our garage. Very quick, skilled and professional service. Right on time too and well communicated with a call to set the appointment the day before. Thank you!”
