They do not carry wide sizes and the clerk said they don't carry up to women's size 10. Ardene has a wider range of sizes and styles, and according to another reviewer they can't accept tap? Strange experience.

I want to thank Geoff and his entire team for saving the day! I was looking for a specific pair of Uggs for my daughter. The team searched high and low for the exact pair! They called me back to let me know they had the shoes in stock and put aside the pair until the next day when I could pick them up. A great example of taking care of the customer. Thank you very much!!

This place is located in the second floor in the mall in Victoria BC. I was Traveling on vacation and my old shoes were starting to fall apart. The staff there were friendly. They replaced my shoes with the Skechers slip-ons. They have a variety of shoes there to choose from.
However there is one minor problem, as I’m reviewing this store and my shoes. They don’t accept contactless pay (Apple Pay or Google Pay)
But then again I got my shoes and they let me throw away the old ones

I had a great experience visiting this store! The staff were friendly with patience and happy to help. Geoff provided helpful information and suggestions while I was trying on different Blundstone boots - there are so many kinds! Gvrmeet helped me figure out my correct size.
I didn’t end up buying this time but I’ll definitely come back to shop in the future. Highly recommend this location and their wonderful team!

I had such an incredible experience at this SoftMoc location today. One of the pieces on my UGG boots suddenly came off while I was at the mall, so I stopped by this store for help. Even though I had purchased them from another SoftMoc location, the manager, Geoff, was extremely kind and willing to assist.
Geoff went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to figure out the best solution so that I wouldn't have to come back again, and he did everything with such care and professionalism.
What really impressed me was how genuinely considerate he was, not just toward me but to every customer around. He kept apologizing for the wait and made sure everyone was taken care of, even though he was already doing an amazing job.
It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
Thank you so much Geoff and the wonderful team at this location for your kindness and outstanding service!

Store was to open at 11:00 today. 1:00 came in went, and no one appeared to be inside. A minute later, and employee strolled up casually (coffee in hand) to open the gate and get the store ready. While she was in the middle of doing g thus, absorber employee casually came in. Finally we made our entrance. Not even a greeting. Over a minute later, after handling a couple shoes with interest, no one came to offer assistance. Yes, we finally had to ask to see if they had a shoe in my wife’s size. That’s what it took to get service. Items like the employees are there to do the bare minimum (if that). Found shoes elsewhere for her to buy.

I visited this store today when it was nearly empty, with only one other customer present. Despite the quiet atmosphere, neither of the two employees acknowledged me or offered any assistance. Instead, they remained behind the counter, absorbed in their phones.
When I approached to request a few different shoe sizes, they brought the boxes without removing the cardboard inserts or offering any guidance or information about the shoes. At no point did either employee make an effort to engage, assist, or even appear remotely interested in helping.
Ultimately, I chose to leave — not because I was dissatisfied with the selection, but because of the unwelcoming and disengaged environment.
