I used to love this place for their London fog made with a powder, but now they use a tea bag and I won't be returning.

A souvenir store from Canada ? in general and from Victoria specifically, with a good variety.

I missed their names, but the peruvian woman, the student, and the lady who recommended coffee shops in the area to me were all great to speak with.

Overpriced mass produced stuff, and the staff were rude to my mom for asking a polite and simple question. Really bad experience.

Not a bad gift shop, the prices are decent and there’s a little bit of everything for everyone. The maple cookies in the box are extremely tasty and the perfect gift for yourself or others! The layout is a little compact but they do a good job with organizing in a way where you can go directly to specific merchandise you are looking for.

If you’re in a hurry, pick somewhere else. Prices aren’t bad for touristy items. However, the service was so slow. With five people in line, it took well over 20 minutes to check out.

Recommended with a limited, but more than any other store, supply of big and tall itemsThis is a very cool store with a great selection of items to buy. The various staff I interacted with were pleasant and very helpful. They had a limited supply of bigger sized t-shirts (4XL and 5XL) upstairs. They had a few larger hoodies as well. They also had a supply of clearance items.

They had a few cheap items. The cashier Arsheep was happy to serve me and nice and patient, the owner was watching her like a hawk as she completed each transaction, it was very hard to find souvenirs that said Victoria, BC on them. They need to hire more staff.

Very large and extensive gift shop. Has "on sale" items on the second floor towards the front window. Picked up this key-chain pocket knife with my name engraved on the other side. Something like this would normally be $$$ but got it for $3.99! Very nice store to visit.

Impressive little shop in the heart of all the bustling traffic and tourism of Downtown Victoria. We found a small NASA bag here that was unique, decent priced and the staff was very helpful. Not all the items for sale here are “affordable” but they are high quality. We really enjoyed the little tourism trinkets and the line was decent but not short, for sure.
