It's a very good story that has all your needs for your offense and home. I'll be using staples for years. I always find what I'm looking for. Except for sometimes they run out of popular items like cartridges of black ink for certain printers. But that's understandable. In a short period of time they're able to get the product back on the shelf.

I took a Purolator parcel in and asked for a receipt. The guy said arrogantly we don't do that here. I said oh what? They do it it the Duncan store. We're too busy, he said. (There was one other customer and other staff at the huge shipping department counter.). He and a woman spoke in some language, I think he was asking her how to do it. When I got my print out I said Well that wasn't too hard, was it?

Very unhelpful staff. It was quite frustrating dealing with this big box company for something that was simple and then they made a mistake with my order and couldn't reprint it in time for my father's funeral. It's unfortunate that you, unlike your smaller competitors, can't manage to help out someone in need and have no compassion for someone that is grieving. Then they couldn't refund me without me coming into the store, when I hadn't paid in the store originally anyhow.

I walked into this store 5:40 ish and I have a list of items to grab. Not familiar with the layout of this store so I had an associate helping me find the items. She did a great job helping me find the items. I'd say from 5:50 this associate was with me until around 6:05 when the "store manager" said the store is closed and their system shuts down at 6 so I can't make my purchase. I'll have to come back the next day! I was told the manager can sign in to check me out. The manager won't let me pay for the items even though I was inside this store 20 minutes the close. Asked me to leave and they can keep items somewhere for me to come pick up the following day. Not the best experience I've had. Likely won't be shopping here again

The staff at the printing centre were not helpful. They said the instructions were clear which it isnt. The machine charges you by the minuet so clearly youre in a hurry. I had to bug the staff their countless times. It was only when I wanted a refund when I got assistance, and my copy wasnt even correct. I would NEVER go there again

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.

I was so disappointed with the customer service at this location. I took in some printing and the woman didn't even come up to the counter.....she raised her voice from about 15 feet away and said she couldn't do my order until Friday. She said I could do it myself on the self-service Xerox machine. I couldn't figure it out, got charged $1 on my Visa & I needed 115 copies.....I went down the road & they did it right away!!!
