I understand it’s a busy time of year, but the customer service at the Staples by Mayfair Mall was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I had a simple question about a product, and an employee went to check in the back but never returned. When we went up front to speak to the on-duty manager, we were told the employee was in the copy area talking to other customers. No one bothered to follow up with us.
While we were explaining the situation to the manager, he literally walked away in the middle of the conversation. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and this level of disregard is unacceptable.
I hope this feedback leads to better training and accountability, as no customer should have to deal with this level of neglect.

Amazing company, extremely intelligent and efficient employees and very helpful with returns to Amazon. The staff made it so simple and streamlined. I was shocked how easy it was to complete the entire process, thank you!!

Some staff are not very helpful and passed me on to other members who passed me onto other members again. All I wanted was to send a fax (I know, a fax in 2024!!!) some government agencies will never move with the times!!

I've tried calling several times a day for almost a week to ask about an order, nobody ever picks up. Tried different departments, same result. With no email contact or online portal to check on orders, I am left totally in the dark - very frustrating experience

This is the worst location for shipping services in the entire city. They have no organization to their line up, one day lining up by the shipper services signs, other days lining up by the printing signs.
The print center is nearly always understaffed, and even if it is full of staff they train them not to make eye contact and they will serve 4-5 customers in one line before telling the customers in the other line where they should be.
One staff member will tell you to line up one place, another will come by and tell you to line up somewhere else, and they'll leave the customers to fight it out over who was first. Horrible horrible experience every single time I go in there.
This could all be avoided by a simple line up procedure, that doesn't change day to day, and is communicated to those customers who line up wrong BEFORE they wait 40min in line.

They printed 2 page 2’s of some of the 640 pages I ordered, instead of a page 1 and a page 2. Assistant seemed unable to find my order and wandered about aimlessly for 5 minutes. Other than that, job was done well.
