Went in to get a PC and the staff were super knowledgeable (and told me the realistic expectations for the various PC parts, which prevented me from buying a more expensive setup that wouldn’t have suited my needs) I forgot to get their names but I’m very very appreciative of their expertise and patience :)

Ordered an item online for pickup. Received an email confirming it was ready to be picked up. Cycled down on my lunch break, to wait in line for 10 minutes, to then be told they can't find my order. 20 minutes more waiting around, finally a supervisor got involved to figure out that my order was never in stock and I was accidentally emailed. Already charged on my card, was told a refund would happen. Got back to my office and received an email with an invoice and a thanks for picking up my order. No refund mentioned. And of course I tried calling and no one picks up the phone.What an absolute joke. So understaffed. Don't even want to think how often stuff like this happens. Just hoping my refund shows up at some point for the item I ordered that doesn't even existEdit: As I couldn't reach anyone in the phone after trying dozens of times, I cycled back and did receive a refund from a lovely person who was understanding of my frustrations.

Not Recommended this particular store.The staff is so impolite that asking for assistance would make you feel insulted.When I went to get prints of my documents, I asked an associate named A**N for assistance. He was so haughty and conceited that it humiliated me in front of other patrons.I would like to inquire of management, what is the basic reason for having employees present?The staff's actions are not professional; rather, they are characterized as arrogant.Professionalism is defined as possessing thorough product and service expertise, a humble demeanor, and an emphasis on customer service.Management need to impart Psychological /Behavioral training to their employees before allowing them to work on site....3 stars rating on google for this store speaks itself about the 3rd level of service it provides to customers...

Convenient location but the print shop does not have it together, not a single time I've been there. it's a disorganized mess and it often takes upwards of 20 minutes just to be helped. They are critically understaffed, and the staff that are there do not seem properly trained, often needing multiple staff to help with one request. I just got done waiting 50 minutes for my print order which was confirmed by email and the staff working only to be sent away because they could not find the order. They tried to give me someone else's order so I have no faith that they actually have my order still. Very unprofessional experience and an enormous waste of my time

This review is for Geoff only. Our dhl package got lost and he went above and beyond to look for it. I visited the store a few times to look for the package and he was the most helpful in thoroughly looking for it and helping us with contacting dhl.

Terrible customer service, only 1 staff member working on shipping side... she was so slow, small chatting and working at a snail pace... I finally asked someone else on thy other side to help me after 20 minutes and asked why are there no staff, he tried to help me... girl refused to help him, she couldn't multitask a simple task and made us wait... so yeah just to drop off a box was a ridiculous wait... hopefully won't be back... easier to just return in store with this kind of service...

I placed an order that was supposed to be same day order.After visiting the store 3 times this week and calling multiple times just to have print standards documents, I found out that my order was in Vancouver with no date to arrive.It does not make any sense.I chose staples for the agility to print my document, but I had to print it again with other company in which they printed in 15 minutes.So, I do like to have my money back.It has passed more than 5 business days for my order (standard documents) and no signs of any availability. This staples is terrible.I went shopping there for an office chair, and the chair I wanted wasn't in stock, which was okay, I was happy to get another one, as I needed it as soon as possible.But the employee I was talking with told me they could ship in the chair I wanted, and that it was grantee to be here in two days. I asked him if he 100% sure about that, because I could get a different one, or continue to shop around, but he assured me it would be delivered in two days. I must have asked him that like 3 times just to be sure.I unfortunately listened to him, and agreed to have it shipped in. Well. Two days passes, and no chair. So the next day I call the staples customer service line, and they said it hasn't even shipped. It wasn't even fully processed. They said the best they could do was put an urgent message to delivery which would take an additional 1-3 days, and then ship it after.I ended up cancelling my order, and getting a chair from else where.What really bothers me about this, was that the employee promised and said he would grantee that it would be delivered in two days. Why make a promise like that if there was the chance that wouldn't happen? Especially when I told him I could pick something else out at his store, or find a similar chair elsewhere.If I need to go to staples, which is a lot, due to being a student who needs to buy ink, notebooks, pens, etc., I will literally drive all the way across town and go to the other staples. Just because at least there, the employees are nice and I have never had an issue with them.

Staff were unable to get a simple item for me. Too used to online orders only now I expect. Do not expect any service for walk-in shopping or the ability to grab something off the shelf and go to the till as most items are only stored in the "back warehouse" (where front-end staff can't get at nor know how apparently.)

I've been very happy with Staples, with their great selection and good prices. My latest experience with photo scanning was not a good one at this store however. I was called twice the night before to let me know the photos were ready to pick up. When I got there the man could not find the order and I left without them. Now I have to go back

Had to print off a couple things on regular paper and had never been before. Unless I missed it there weren’t any clear directions on display of how to use the printers so I tried to figure it out myself and then I stood there confused for a couple of mins before asking for help. This very short older women (didn’t catch the name) basically rolled her eyes and then came to assist me and she gave me a terrible attitude the whole time as if I was inconveniencing her and stupid for not understanding the system. She mocked me multiple times, explained things to me like I was child, and was just overall extremely disrespectful and frustrating. I never leave bad reviews but this experience has been on my mind all day because it was so outlandish and terrible. Please avoid the printer center here or at least the short (im 5’3 and i was a head above her so emphasis on this) older women who works there

This staples saved my bacon, the only place I could find on a long weekend that was open and able to process a parcel I needed to ship. Really helpful customer service! And now my fingers are crossed that the parcel arrives at the destination in one piece. Many thanks.

I was waiting patiently to get help and two other customers came up beside me also waiting for help. Maria completely ignored us and went to help another customer who just showed up. We asked for help and one of the employees came up and said “My shift is over. I can not help you.” I guess customer service isn’t a priority at this store. The employee who was off their shift, I’m fine with that. But Maria completely ignoring 3 customers; who were patiently waiting for help, to go help a customer that just came in is unreasonable.Do better

I would like to see some more economy priced items for non-business purchases. For example,, to have a options for a basic paper products (generic lined journals, paper desk/wall calenders ) would make a lot of sense since its obvious that the actual cost is no where near the retail amount and not every one has a business account. Its a convenient location with good parking and lots of aisle space. The online selection is good and you can check online ahead of time to see what is available or in stock which is helpful esp if the shelf isn't stocked but the item is actually on hand in back room.
