Usually nice people on the phone but the worst organized company I encountered in my life. Every delivery some issue. Most of the time an issue that costs me money.

Must use 1000 Liters - We have two fireplaces in the house only source of heat in a 5 bedroom house. We can easily use that amount. Staff replied NO - you will use half that. Terrible customer service, they are refusing people the right to choose their source of heat in there home because we are not a big enough customer so they think. It sometimes is the little people that will see your company through in the hard times you might want to remember that. I would not recommend this company - Use VI propane amazing service.

Had an initial struggle to get hold of call centre. Did speak to a very friendly/ knowledgeable agent to resolve issue. Also received a follow up call from Superior Propane to confirm my issue was resolved. I am so far very impressed with attention to detail. Thank you Superior Propane for positive client experience.

After months and months of waiting to get my propane filled a service tech finally shows up and informs me he cant fill the tank because of the due date on the tank. Okay fair enough, this is in November by the way. He says they'll replace the tanks for us and fill them up then. Meanwhile all winter long Im forced to use a 60 pound propane tank to fuel the stove to cook food. Fast forward to end of April and dozens of phone calls later and still no tanks and still no propane. Should have cancelled long time ago, because first call to Vancouver Island Propane Services, and an actual human being answered the phone! No automated B.S.!! They were ready to replace the tanks and fill them up next day. Now currently on hold again with superior to go through the cancellation process (Im sure they will make it difficult)

Seriously those in authority. Dismiss your management team now while you still have a chance. Your credibility will take years to re-build. Terrible service, terrible reliability. They only thing they still do right is send the bills out on time. I'm done with these guys....

Impossible to reach. We were supposed to get a delivery 12 days ago and they have yet to show up. I have tried calling over half a dozen times and sat on hold for sometimes over an hour listening to the recording. I have also sent emails and tried their "chat" feature which is always "currently unavailable. I wondered if they had gone out of business but then saw one of their trucks in our neighborhood. I wish I knew what was going on

Yet another gas company with no organisation or accountability in this town.3rd time calling them to get propane and still no idea when we'll get gas. Companies are supposed to be proactive to get your business but this company seems to forget they ever spoke to you once they put the phone down.
